Overall the hotel was wonderful. We did have a slight issues with s water leak from the unit above ours, however, the issue was taken care of immediately.

I am very happy with the stay at hotel colon. BUT I wish there was a bigger selection regarding the breakfast like turkey bacon or other toppings.There wasn't much choice for me as a Muslim.

Hotel is in a great location. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are clean and balcony windows keep out the noise from outside (room was on the 3rd Floor). Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was great and service was generally good, but the room was very tiny (we booked the larger Superior room and the picture was very deceiving - there is no sitting space). In addition, this hotel is not recommended for non-couples as there is no bathroom door, it’s just part of the overall room. The hotel should be more transparent about that as it’s not ideal for friends traveling together.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Colon and wow what can I say!! The hotel is beautifully decorated and it’s situated in a picturesque part of Barcelona right in front of the cathedral, our rooms where spacious and equipped with everything you would need, they where clean and bright, we had a great coffee/tea station, access to a huge private balcony! Dressing gowns/slippers were a lovely touch, and very comfy beds! The Breakfast was wonderful and had lots to choose from, great coffee! the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, shout out to Ivan on the front desk and the lovely doorman who always greeted us with a smile! The rooftop bar is an extra bonus to this wonderful hotel and offers amazing views of the cathedral! overall we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! My wife and I stopped off in Barcelona for one night while on a trip for her birthday. We were on a cruise and had just one night before going home. The hotel, staff and all amenities were amazing!!! The central location, roof top restaurant and bar and views from our room were incredible! Will definitely come back and stay!

The hotel itself is very goid and the stuff is very responsive.

I have stayed here at least five times. It is centrally located in the start of the Gothic Quarter. It is walkable to many things. There’s always lots of activity happening in front of the hotel like antique markets and music. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location in the heart of Barcelona! Always greeted with a smile from the doormen and front desk staff. Could use more water pressure in the shower. We will stay here every time we visit Barcelona for the walkable neighborhood and comfort!

Because we flew in frim the US we had no choice for what time we arrived. It was very early. We arrived around 7:00am. Grateful they took our luggage til check in, but we had to wait til 3:00 to get our room, after a long flight and with nothing open that early it was a very long wait.

Only thing that I didn’t like was the heavy duvet on the bed. They also should put sheets between them, so that you don’t have to have use the duvet.
