Room was dirty. Tv didn’t work and could not be fixed. Started to put clothes in the dresser but there was food sprinkles in it. Bathroom was dirty. Blood spot on the turned down part of the sheet. Breakfast not long enough. Staff was very nice though.

We stayed for three nights. We got in late the first night. The place seemed like it could use some maintenance, but ok. Got up next morning and the soap and shampoo bottles provided seemed to only be partially full like they had already been used. Left for the day and returned. The room was not serviced. Only the towels were replaced. The next morning, we had to use the same old soap bottles. We left and returned again late. The room was not touched. No new towels either. I went to the front desk and asked for new towels. He said he didn’t have any and had no way to get any new towels. He basically said, ‘I don’t know what to tell you.’ He said he wasn’t in charge of the towels. He made no effort in trying to resolve the issue. I had to wait until the next morning to get new towels from the front desk. The breakfast was average. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and most of the hot food was gone with no signs of replacement.

Great service. Room a bit dated with lots of scratches in the wall with paint missing, ceiling cracks, but the outside lights did not allow the room to get dark. Comfortable bed and room but maybe blinds or curtains that can cover the light and an AC unit that does sound like it’s blasting off!

Overnight stay on much longer trip. Staff were helpful with some business printing that I needed on the way & that was much appreciated.

An indoor facility, easy access from multiple entrance doors. Dog friendly but with a fee. Good breakfast. You will not go away hungry. If you are gluten-free, you need to bring your own food. Would recomend more gluten-free options. Cracker Barrel with-in walking distance.

The staff are Great! Very nice and truly are there to make the stay...perfect. The facility is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Arrived just before midnight and was greeted kindly by reception desk worker. Well lit parking lot. Most delighted by early breakfast. When I stayed the hours were 5am-9am. Fantastic! So many places start at 7am which is too late when you need to get up and get out the door for a long drive. Thank you to the workers who arrive so very early to assist travelers.

This was a perfect stop on our journey to Virginia. Quiet, safe and comfortable beds.

I wouldn't recommend this place. You can hear everything through the walls and in the hallway. Impossible to sleep with the sounds of the old hotel and street noise.

Usually have a decent stay here but this time was different. Discovered TV & WiFi wasn’t at 9:30 - nothing could be done until next day. Plus found couple bugs in bathroom this time .

We were very happy with our stay. Exceptionally quiet and we felt safe there even with a car loaded down moving. Staff was very pleasant
