The hotel has a distinct smell of urine. Like a public restroom or a home with several cats. The room had nowhere to put luggage except the floor. There were no luggage stands. There were also no dresser or bureau. There were in fact no draws of any kind in the room. the room did not have a closet. just a small rack that clothing hung from it would hit the bottom of the box area. The pillows were horrible. The bed had 5 but they were so cheap that when you put your head on them, the filling would separate, and your head would sink to the mattress with no support. This was with all 5 pillows stacked. The toiled seat was also cheap and bendable. when sitting on the toilet, the seed would bend and move to the side, and you would end up sitting directly on the toilet bowl. This was also true in the public restrooms. The room had two chairs that were pre-renovation. Both were dated, damaged and uncomfortable.

Clearly an older hotel that has been upgraded, it is not a modern cookie cutter hotel; it is built into the side of a hill and has a small lobby, plus you leave the lobby and go outside to get to some of the rooms. BUT, the rooms and the bathrooms in particular are much better than you might expect given all that. The room was clean and pleasant. The shower was new, had plenty of water pressure and was easy to get to the right temperature. All the plumbing fixtures worked perfectly. The beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep on, and the furnishings in the rooms were new and in good condition. Also the TV had a very big screen and great picture. All in all, this was a pleasant place to stay.

Service was very good, room was clean comfortable & spacious. Ideally located to the highway.

The further you are from the front desk the more exercise you will get because there are long corridors to the rooms. Everything was fine as was the breakfast. After a long day of driving it was a good stop.

Hotel staff were all nice and considerate. The location was perfect for us and anything you would need was very close to out hotel. We had a small meal at the restaurant on premises which was also fine.

smoking everywhere outside. Glass shower door fell on me and i could not put it back on shower track it was so heavy the shower door was broken off track. Also the refrigerator door was broken would not shut completely.

Stayed with my family for 3 nights, it was a quick weekend getaway before school starts. We had a great experience, minor things around the room that wasn’t clean. But I am a clean freak so I look at every detail 😂. Staff was amazing, no complaints. Great breakfast options. My daughter loved the pool. We loved the area we stayed at, there’s fun world arcade nearby, there’s also a lot of dining options. Mall is nearby as well if you love to shop. Would definitely stay again.

I was a little surprised to see that it’s a renovated motel. And that there were windows in the room out to the hallway, but I got used to it. The room was decent. The bathroom was extremely clean and all in all the facility was comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and sounded like a meat grinder all night .
