clean and friendly staff

I paid for breakfast and didn’t get it looking into getting refunds on the receipt states that I did

The room and location were great. The staff were very friendly and supportive

There wasn't daily maid service. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper and tissues at the front desk. Although they brought them to us in a timely fashion upon our request, I really missed the daily maid service....a great deal!!

Facility was nice, service and staff very pleasant

I book two rooms and when showed up only had one room and clerk not able to provide another. I showed the check in clerk my booking.com reservation and clearly stated two rooms booked. After 10 minutes of not being able to find another room stated that we had no choice but to accept the one room. Do not know if this was hotel's fault or booking.com

Coffee was too expensive and terrible. Asked for chair was not given very uncomfortable toilet overflowed and sink would not drain

staff were friendly and location was good

very dirty hotel. trash and food was left in hallway for two days. hallway floors were extremely dirty and stained. spilled food and drinks left in hallways and elevators for more than 24 hours.

Wish there was an outdoor pool but pool was nice and clean

No breakfast. Location was convenient. Everything was ready upon arrival, which was good. We just think that it was a bit expensive. But, maybe we are not that experienced in travel.
