Good Morning,
I had reserved the room for sister and husband. My sister was having surgery that next morning at the Salt creek surgery center. They said their stay was amazing. We will visit again prayfully for a more pleasant stay.

Not a modern hotel at all. But it was quiet and the free breakfast was great. Pool was cold but we didn’t mind it so much. For the price it was def a great stay.

I left for minute came back in my room to find a roach crowding on my pillow. The hallways stink. The iron board did not work and there were other people complaining about the overall clearness of the rooms. I'll never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this place to others.

I paid for a hot tub room. The hot tub was broken when I inquired about it they said yes we know it was broken, but we put you in that room anyway.

Jacuzzi tub in room had mold coming out of the few jets that did work. Also around the tub had black looking mold in the silicone. Led lights kept going on and off. Room had a very musty smell. Not a safe comfortable feeling. We loved the first visit here but everyone since keeps getting worse.

Room condition was bad. There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom, and there are no elevators to transfer my luggages, for a one night stay it was alright, but I would not stay here longer than that.

The breakfast was great and the pool was fun. But The pull out couches need new mattresses and they need to do some updates to the rooms. Its feasible for the price though.

The room was nice, shower was dirty, so I wasn’t able to shower. Had old bar soap on the floor. Pillow cases had stains on them. And the cheap non- Clorox bleach smell was excessive. Gave me a headache after a while of consumption.

Didn’t stay and checked out earlier than expected. I asked for the room to be cleaned because the hot tub was dirt and there was dust and debris that looked like bugs on the bed post. Then we got a 3am call about water leaking from our room. We did not bathe in the hot tub or use the shower. We left. The smell was horrible and I recommend people don’t book here even if it’s cost friendly. It was disgusting and uncomfortable

When I walked into the room the mirror was dirty as I checked around it was all dirty and had a smell. We had to buy febreze to take away the smell. It also had no good lighting or lamps. Overall not what I expected. I never leave bad reviews but the condition of that room was awful. Then I found a bee and some bugs in the bathroom. Literally so unsanitary

Stayed here for North Coast Festival and it was overall a decent experience. Good place to rest our heads for the night. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were decent but the pull out couches in both rooms were broken. The whole place smelled like Marijuana. The pool and courtyard were nice. The staff was not very welcoming.

No soap provided. Found a roach on the day we checked out. Strict rules about smoking and music.
It was quiet and we weren’t bothered.

Loved the courtyard and access to the outside. Pool hours were limited, and kids were not able to swim before we continued on our road trip. (Pool opened at noon!)

Original room at check in reeked of cigarette. Was quickly provided a new room that was great. Was disappointed in maid service. Hung "Maid service requested" on the door on day 2 & 3. No service. Asked at front desk for maid service. Received it on day 4. Hung out request on day 5. No service. Gave up.

The property is older and not renovated, which is okay! What wasn’t okay was the weed smell throughout the hallways, the dingy feel throughout the property (even though things were clean) due to creepy lighting and burned out bulbs that weren’t replaced, and a completely iced over freezer in the room refrigerator. If I can see these lapses in maintenance, then what else is getting missed that I can’t see? It’s this last question that super concerns me and brings my rating down so much. Ick.
