IT WAS WONDERFUL ASIDE FROM THE SMOKEY SMOKEY THICK STINCH IN THE CASINO AREA THAT SATYED ON YOUR CLOTHES AS YOU WALK THROUGH IT,,,ASIDE FORM THAT IF YOU CAN AVOID THE CASINO AREA THE ROOMS A VERY NICE CLEAN AND BED WAS CPMFY AND COZY.

Nicest casino we went to in Laughlin, but certainly wasn't the level I expected rooms were clean but clearly older remodels, lacking any character or amenities!

we came for one night for our daughters soccer tournament. This hotel definitely is run down and needs a remodel for sure. the bed was so uncomfortable i could feel the springs, and it looked like there was mold in the bathroom

We paid ahead for an upgraded view of the river and we got a half view of the river instead. We were right above the exhaust stack and the genie was runnin all night. The room was dusty and dirty and the chair/ottoman was filthy and looked like someone was literally living in it. Sheets had a hole in it and they put the ice bucket in the bathroom. Also the entire hotel is super old, with extremely low ceilings and tight halls which made it almost claustrophobic. Additionally we couldn’t park in the self parking due to the extremely low ceiling, if you have a lifted vehicle you won’t make it in which meant we had to park outside and there was limited parking due to the influx of van lifers camping in the parking lot.

We were disappointed the second night of our stay our room was not cleaned. We had no dry towels to shower with and our trash was not empties and bed was not made.

Lots of work being done on the casino floor but it wasn’t the least bit crowed so the work area wasn’t a problem.
At checking we were told that if we wanted house keeping we would have to call but the next day we returned to our room to find it completely made up. Nice.

Had an amazing stay, all the employees were friendly. The best band I've heard in all the yrs we have been going for Thanksgiving. I left some jewelry there, I called spoke to Ed in Security he was very helpful. I called back the next day(today) and he said they found them. All is good, so happy there are still good people in this world, and they work for the Aquarius.

Room where I stay smell like sewer, strong smell, when I got out for a few hours and went back in, it felt like slap of horrible smell, had to turn on AC / Fan to reduce the odor, I won’t ever stay at that place…

Fun place to stay. Smells dirty and could use a few upgrades..example in room theres no plug in for a phone with usb or c charger...and I feel like they could stand to shampoo carpets. Other then that overall happy with our time there. Everyone very nice and great casino.

Chairs had some stains. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Woke up with a backache. Had to move around bed to get comfortable. Some areas you would sink in the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced. Still would stay at your hotel. Thank you

Sticky brown spot on the comforter.
Empty grocery bag wadded up in a drawer.
Used, dirty wash cloth still hanging on the shower rod.
Coffee for not replaced in room.
Overall, not clean. Wont stay here again.

Hotel was clean, most staff was nice. Lots of bugs on the river walk, not much they can do but should have some kind of zapper or something inside because they were getting inside. No fan in bathroom, toilet did noy flush property. Dissapointed in the room amenities. No lotion or designated place for soap on the counter. The housekeeping staff was amazingly nice and brought extra pillows and towels when requested. View of the river was great. For the price, it was great

We had a great room overlooking the River. We enjoyed several of the available restaurants and found the service and food to be great. The rooms are a little dated, but nice and clean. The whole hotel and casino was not very busy, which might not be what the hotel wants, but was great for us.

At check in, we tried to use the kiosk to get our rooms. Was scolded for booking with third party. I told the receptionist I needed a room with 2 beds. I got up to the room and had a king bed only. Took 45 minutes to get another room.
Overall has a strong cigarette smell even up near the rooms. I don't think they had any air purification going on. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Won't stay here again.
