The AC would not work for me. When I touched the buttons, nothing would happen. Fortunately it was a cool night, so I opened the window and cooled the room down. I had to close the window around 1am because of noise. I mentioned it when I was checking out and they said did I look for a thermostat ? No, I did not. It was a typical AC unit that you see in many hotels where the controls are at the AC Unit. If it had a thermostat, they should put a note on the AC telling you that. I included a picture. has anyone ever seen one of these with a separate thermostat on the wall ? I haven't

Hotel was quite smelly as you entered the hallway entrance. Room thankfully didnt smell and was clean. The patio door was unlocked when we arrived and was very hard to lock and felt very unsafe!

I love the whole experience. If you guys are going to the concerts in the Mechanics this hotel is perfect. Highly recommend.. and don’t forget to visit the restaurant!

Hotel was right across the street from our venue for the weekend. Parking was easy.
Staff was wonderful; very friendly and helpful.
Room itself was a little older. Wall AC worked fine but was a bit loud.
All in all, would stay again.

The staff was 5 star! Friendly and helpful! The lobby needs the attention of a decorator and the pool needed vacuuming but our room was updated, clean and comfortable.

Older property but very well kept. Easy check-in. Friendly. Hall noise, but quiet besides that. Spacious room. Low charge for dogs. AC ran nonstop, but still comfortable enough. I liked that the property is gated. Felt safe.

I stay here at least once a year and it’s always been a great stay! I can’t remember her name but she’s been there for years! long silver haired lady with glasses! She’s the best in the biz!

When I asked for a new key, the person at the front desk told me it was not safe to park behind the building. I then found that a key was not necessary for the front door of the building because that door does not lock at all. Then, the door to our room would not lock upon closing. The door had to be pulled shut and the handle manipulated just right for it to click. Not a secure place at all.

Well maintained property. Great staff. Common areas could use a bit more upkeep and renovations, like carpets in the common areas etc. Fitness center need’s attention, there are equipment that’s broken which could cause injury if not repaired.
