Our room was pretty disappointing. The small fridge had half eaten hamburger and some bottles of beer. The bathroom trash can already had trash in it. Also found some trash paperstuff in the cubbies below the TV.
We checked in very late after a long day, around 10pm. We just wanted to sleep so I brought it up in the morning to the front desk.
They offered to remove the food and beer from the fridge. However, my husband was still sleeping and we were going to check out in a couple hours, I didn't see the value of it.
It was definitely disappointing.

This hotel has a nice lobby and the staff tries to do a good job, but our hotel room was poor as the room had water saturated in the carpeting near the bathroom. Unsure if the bathroom flooded or the prior occupant of the room spilled a large amount of water, but needless to say it was a bad surprise for us. The staff immediately relocated us to a new room, but this certainly was an inconvenience.

I will not stay here again. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Trash still in the bathroom trash bin, dirty sink and countertop. Shower and sink were still wet. Hair in the sink. Urine and wet substance around the toilet base. Bed sheets were improperly placed and inside out. Good location but that was pretty much it.

Brooklyn handled our checkin for one night stay..which we then extended to 6 nights. She is outstanding in accommodating guests and is helpful in everything needed. We would not hesitate to return because of her! !!!

… ceiling in my room is falling in (near the edge of the ceiling/wall) … chair stained in several spots

My stay was average. Service was great, however for the price per night I wouldn’t expect a spider in my shower. He seemed very much at home.

The property itself is upper class and classy. My room however lacked a lot of attention. The bathroom mirror was dirty and had steaks all over it and so did the mirror in the sitting area. Also when I first arrived, one of the lights in the bathroom was out and it was hard to see still in there. The door lock was sticking, which caused people to have to slam their door shut to get it closed (i noticed this with a lot of people on my floor) and that's not very "quiet" for guests to have to hear while they're relaxing. Next, the cushion in the living room area was dirty and stained. I was afraid to sit on it. And lastly, the bedside sconce lights are so bright, it doesn't make it conducive to sleep or relax.

The room was average, basic, and outdated. The AC in the room was like a dinosaur. It was so loud could hardly sleep. Our room was right in front of the elevator. Not Good! No EV charging!

Bathroom sink was clogged from day one..Shower head dripped constantly, splashing water on the floor and had to be toweled every morning..The A/C unit was erratic and VERY noisy..There was no complimentary breakfast except for a $16 basic spread..I never used it..The staff were pleasant but the maintenance was non-existent. I paid $125/night for 7 nights and expected much better. This was the worst stay I've had at a Crowne hotel
