Excellence service and concierge. Very quiet and very beautiful hotel. On the downside, most restaurants are not within walking distance, which is what we like.

Amazing hotel, the room size was so large! Very luxury with a big bathroom and lots of great amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfy. The only downside was that it was a bit far away from the bus stops and train stations.

We had a great time staying at the Brighton Hotel..staff were friendly especially the concierge desk they offered help before we asked! The room is clean & spacious, very well layout. Well come back!

It was amazing hotel, very nearby to the subway station that links us to kyoto station. In addition the staff are super friendly snd helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. Most importantly very spacious.
They also have shuttle service from the karasuma oike subway every 20 minutes.
Definitely a must come back hotel.

Hotel was decent and nice, but didn’t have an ATM or convenience/pharmacy.
We spent a great sum traveling to and from Kyoto Station or other stations as it is very far from any restaurants or activities. Not centrally local to anything!! It was a big mistake with hotel choice. Misled by description on site.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful! I truly loved this hotel. It was spacious and quiet and had a ton of amenities! Also, go for the Japanese breakfast!! It was so good! Thank you for the stay!

The entire stay was amazing! We rented a car to see attractions and the fact that they had parking was perfect for our itinerary. Very polite and friendly staff made this hotel top of my list of places to stay! Would highly recommend eating the buffet breakfast as well.

We highly recommend this hotel. From the rooms, to the staff to the food, we really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to a more central area was a great bonus.

We have had a fantastic stay at the Kyoto Brighton Hotel. Hotel staff and their quality of service are outstanding. Extremely clean, quiet, conveniently located property. Shuttle Bus to nearest metro station was also of a great convenience. Enjoyed very much and would certainly stay here again on the next visit to this great city. Thank you!

My family really enjoyed the property. The rooms. The restaurants. I really enjoyed all of it. The location. We'd love to come back.

The staff were supper friendly and very respectable. The hotel in my mind is a very high end hotel and they appear to cater to mostly Japneese buisness people.
Only complaint is the fact they dont have any smart TV's so when you wind down for the night there is Nothing to watch or Stream on the TV unless you understand Japanese.
Smorgasbord breakfast was the same each day and as per previous reviews the French toast was great, the eggs are very sloppy but still good.

The service here was amazing, honestly to amazing It felt unreal, I’d recommend this to anyone. Super clean and spacious room! Definitely worth booking!
