Very convenient location. Staff were friendly and place was clean. The only drawback was the ac/heat unit in room was very loud.

Hotels was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice quiet environment located by several nice food locations. Local stores less than a mile great location in a nice area.

All was fine, but disappointed that when room was cleaned after two nights, the coffee was not replenished. Had to go to lobby for coffee.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Housekeeping did come by at 8am even though check out wasn't until 11am. But we had forgotten to put the DND on the door.

The carpets were not well kept. Lots of wear and tear. I could hear every conversation of the people next door. Walls are paper thin. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Most places have free breakfast. It was weird that they charged 15$ for breakfast. It was good enough for my purposes. Parking was easy. The staff was fine. My key card deactivated everyday. That was annoying.

We had a wonderful week in Colorado attending Red Rocks concerts. Hotel was a relaxing place to come to after a full day of being a tourist. Staff at front desk were not really helpful during our stay. They seems to be bored with their role and it showed throughout the stay. I needed to have my Alaska air lines boarding passes printed by front desk and the staff had me send them the passes on email. The staff struggled in printing the passes and was not professional in the process. The breakfast was good each morning but the breakfast dinner room was not kept clean. Staff seemed to be bored and did very little to clean up after guest. So the hotel was a bright spot in our trip but the staff were disengaged serving the guests. Even the parking garage and elevator were not kept clean which is not appropriate since we were charged 12 a day to park.

Great location and super friendly staff! Downside is the management needs to get their second elevator fixed and should have figured out a way to let people use the stairs in the meantime. The wait time to get down from the eighth floor was ridiculous. The queen beds are actually full beds, my key quit working twice, my daughters room was dirty and something started dripping on a fellow traveler from the light fixture in the elevator on our way down.
