We enjoyed the fact that there was a seperate bedroom, that is all.

The staff is terrible, under new management but still bad.........just really really confused about everything.

Swimming pool broken, out of service. AC was hit or miss, worked ok but not consistently, thermostat was messed up.

The breakfast was good as always.

I could feel the springs in my bed, it was terrible.

Hotel is not in downtown but in nice/safe and convenient location. Staff is kind. Hotel condition met our expectation.

Charge of $5 for parking - don't know why just add it in hotel price. I guess it is just for a sticker to prevent non-hotel people parking at the lot.

I like that one manager was willing to waive my reservation fees due to my bank not allowing purchases during an update. coming from out of state was such an inconvenience. I was still charged for the 216.57 for the overnight fee :(

I didn’t like that the GM charged me after one of her employees said he would waive all charges due to my bank updating and not allowing purchases.

Have to ask for room service. Have to pay a $250 deposit upon arriving along with your room fee. Deposit was not disclosed beforehand.

1st floor is nice and updated . The rest is fine just not really updated as much but still fine. Staff was great and helpful . Pool looked nice we didn't use it but seemed fine.

The size and comfort of the room was good.

The check in process was bad. There was a long line and two people were helping one party with difficulties instead of one person helping others in line. It took way too long. The pool and fitness centers were closed. There was no water in the lobby or room. No help to buy water in the lobby. Breakfast was subpar… nasty tasting sausage and potatoes. The hotel alarm clock was preset for 6 am! Should have been turned off by staff before next customer.

the location is great.

there should be a new reality show where the Hilton’s stay in their hotels around the country. this hotel would make them cringe.

Hotel was in a decent area, and I did appreciate the breakfast.

Not the best experience. Staff was fair. Housekeeping did not stop by to take the trash out even when placed outside door. Worst by part I was charged over $200 extra on site for “fees”

the staff was great very friendly and very helpful.

it was so uncomfortable the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were awful and our entire floor reeked of Marijuana the entire stay.
