The only problem I had was the remote control of the TV is cover by some kind of sugar. Other than that the place is really nice

Our stay at The Graham Hotel in Georgetown was wonderful. The location in Georgetown couldn’t be better, our room was spacious and decorated very nicely, and the staff was GREAT!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The area was wonderful and it’s definitely walkable to many shops and restaurants. The only issues I had was the strong cigarette smell on our floor, I booked a two bed suite and got a king bed and sofa bed, and that our living room floor was completely soaked and we could not walk to the door without shoes on. I wasn’t sure if the wetness was due to a possible cleaning that wasn’t dry in time but we had to all sleep in one bed in the back of the room for the night.

I loved staying at this hotel. It's very modern, and the rooms are spacious and have excellent amenities. The gym is tiny, so we prefer to walk around rather than work out—an excellent choice for staying in Georgetown.

Had a good check in. Complimentary snacks a nice touch. Room was nice! Enough space for my husband and our two boys. Resonable price for Georgetown. Wish there was a little coffee served in morning, would be so nice. But the coffee shops are nearby. Room was nice but the bathroom was loud. Toilet clanked each time someone got off. Plumbing was loud. Felt like I could hear directly into the bathroom when someone was in there

The hotel is great. Good location, cleanliness and room size. Unfortunately staff wasn’t the best. The elevator didn’t work for two days, there was no apology. Our safety box had to get drilled because it wasn’t working. And so on. We understand this can happen, the problem is the staffs response. The woman at check out answered “is that all?” When we were telling her the problems we were having at the hotel. She also couldn’t recommend us any restaurants. For the price, I would expect better attention. The property, however, is great.

The stay was fine, but the hotel put a hold on my card for incidentals, which they still have not released. I didn’t use anything. I had to stay the night with my 84 year old mother bc we were stranded from the tropical storm Debby. I paid up front with Hotels.com. The Graham took my credit card details for incidentals and put a hold on my card. I didn’t use anything. I should had received back on my card ( after 5 business days) I was told. I’m back in Australia where I live and still they haven’t taken the hold off. I was also charged a destination fee. They never told me about this bc I paid everything with Hotels.com. This is thievery if you ask me. I tried emailing 3 times.. no response and called to get some answers. Nothing. I’m extremely disappointed and would never stay there again!

Our family had a volleyball event at Georgetown University and the location of this hotel is fantastic, true walking distance. The room we had (202) was prefect for a family of three, great size, clean and a huge bathroom. The staff and general manager (Mehmet Bahtiyar) are true professionals and we’ll definitely stay there again. Hopefully, we’ll use the roof top bar on our next visit.

The towels are monogrammed with another hotels name and the amazing Molton Brown amenities have been downgraded to motel quality soap. There has never been a restaurant on property but one nearby French cafe would offer service. Now there is nothing available other than the rooftop bar which has beautiful views but targets a much younger crowd. The hotel is located in gorgeous Georgetown so location will always be its key benefit. I left so sad to see this amazing hotel so dilapidated. I rarely write reviews but needed to warn other travelers.

The hotel is very nice, in a perfect location, and has a cool vibe, but there were some annoying factors that kept me from giving it a 5. There isn’t a traditional restaurant in the building, but when I booked I saw that there was a rooftop bar with some food options that looked fun and a Speak Easy in the basement so I was really looking forward to going to both over the weekend. The entire weekend was pretty much booked in both so there was no way to get any food or a night cap. The staff was nice and apologetic about the situation though. Also, we had ants in our room and even found a few in our bed.
