Our stay was great! Beds were soo comfortable & staff was very friendly!

Property is in need of updating and remodeling. Bathroom floor, sink, and tub had hair lying in them leaving us with a terrible feeling of uncleanliness and the AC unit was old and noisy. We were kindly offered a cleaner room with a much quieter AC unit. The beds were comfortable; the employees friendly; but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The price definitely doesn't match the hotel. Be careful when you eat for the breakfast there because they will put out old nest food unless you say something. Some of the stuff is great. Some of it's really rude and disrespectful. They kept my deposit because when I left my window open my room because you're not supposed to open the window this video there's no sign that states don't open window. I'll never stay here again. And I definitely don't recommend anyone stay here either.

The hotel was good staff vary nice to many homeless people around the hotel

The air conditioning in the room was not cooling so room was warm all day

As mentioned, property was clean but the area around appears messy which was probably beyond the hotels control.

The full second floor it’s a nasty party and the manager just offered a earplugs for the noise and she refused to stop the party and be so rude and talk bad words to ours, that happened at the night, Obviously we cancel and left the property

The property allowed a large group to back their van in and block access to the handicapped parking. I had to pull our suitcases over a curb and through rocks to get to the car. Then my handicapped wife had to stumble through the same obstacles to get to the car. Got a shrug when I reported it to the front desk. Not only rude but illegal. We make this trip 5 or 6 times a year but we’ll cross Ramada off our list.

We had a peaceful stay. Staff was friendly and breakfast both days was great. Rooms were larger than the normal size. Room furniture was old, but clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property does not look like the pictures it shows they should update their photos so costumers can get an idea of what they are getting into! The towels in the restroom stink and are stained the breakfast was horrible. The bathtub was disgusting!

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Bakersfield, and my first impression was quite positive. The lobby was nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, earning a solid 5 stars for their service. However, my experience took a downturn when we entered our room. As we were opening the sofa bed for our two boys, we found two crack pipes and a lighter. This was alarming and unacceptable. We immediately requested a new room. The new room was also disappointing. The air conditioning unit was old and emitted a moldy smell. The carpet was worn out, there were cracks on the wall, and the flooring was coming apart. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel was in poor condition. The walls around the outside of the hotel had numerous spider webs, indicating a possible spider infestation. As we tried to enjoy the pool, we noticed that things were falling apart around us. There was also a noticeable stain at the bottom of the pool, suggesting it wasn't properly maintained. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I won't be staying at this Ramada location again. While I understand that Bakersfield is a common stopover for travelers, the discovery of the crack pipes and the general lack of maintenance raise serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. I appreciate the friendly staff, but the state of the rooms and the exterior need significant improvement.

Friendly staff- very accommodating. My room was the issue. Our ac unit blew under the drapes and the rest of the room didnt get any air. There was even a thick layer of dust on top of the drapes! Our allergies were killing us all! We didnt get much sleep. Other than that the room was good for the price
