this used to be a nice hotel ! That being said, when we checked in and got settled pulled back the covers and the bottom sheet was blood strained. Got a new room ant the tv didn't work. Got another room. it was ok. not great. dust and carpet could be replaced. will not be staying at this property anymore.

Room was ok although at the farthest end from the breakfast room but at least close to the outside door. There was no remote for the TV in the room. Rather than send someone with a remote, had to go clear to the office and get one that did not even work. Went again and got another one that still did not work. They ended up moving me to another room although now further from the outside door.

Checked into a normal room i paid for a sweet. I complained they gave us a new room. Same style and size room inly the sweet had a couch. Found a pair of sunglasses by the iron, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Window sills had mold on them. We found a half eaten brown moldy apple under the bed. One of the hot tubs had a broken timer switch and the hot tub didnt work correctly. The second hot tub was fine. We also found a broken tile in the pool and there were kids in the pool under 5 years old who didnt have parents. We had to sit there for over an hour waiting on another parent to take over watching someone elses kids. The people behind the desk was the best part of the trip. They were nice and attentive. The hotel as a whole we wont be staying there again.

The pool was nice and larger than most, with a stunning slide for kids to have fun on. Towels in the pool area seemed to be more hand towel size than adult sized.

I had my service dog an after we left they try charge us 250 for my dog hair on bed then try to say it was the garbage which was in trash can an a box. The guy then said we trashed the room we asked for the proof he hung up on us. They keep trying to charge our cards.

The kids loved the pool with the slide. The breakfast was not good. Seemed as though the biscuits and gravy were reheated daily and not made fresh. Our rom was not clean. Hair, dust and cobwebs in the corners especially behind the bathroom door. We got water on the floor when we came back from swimming and wiped it up with a room towel. Not a very good hotel, I would rate it the same as motel 6 , beds were horrible, ice bucket broke, sink cracked and toilet issues.

We had a comfortable trip and a quick stay. It was much nicer than I had expected.

Please get an elevator or supply staff to help with portage. My father could hardly manage since he is 88.

Totally surprised with the entire facility's cleanliness and condtion, not "run down" a little. Great pool area, 2 hot tubs & kid friendly. Usual breakfast food selections. Only draw back was the mattress quality, too firm for us.

Old building, somewhat run down. Rust stains in bathroom. Toilet seat was especially stained (and that is something easy to replace!)

My husband and I got a 1 queen bed. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night when we got there the room was filthy. It smelled musty and like pee. We noticed they put wet sheets on the bed and that’s where we believe the rancid smell was coming from. There were also dead dried up bugs on the “freshly made bed”. The shower leaked like crazy and the floors were so nasty I didn’t even feel comfortable putting my bags on the ground. The room also was so tiny that if my husband layed on the bed I couldn’t walk from one side of the room to the other cause there was no space. Night 2 we asked for a new room. That room was a little better clean wise but still not the cleanest. Crumbs on the floor and trash in the garages still. We were so excited to be in a new cleanish room and relax. We go to turn the tv on and it does turn on but the tv was stuck on SpongeBob square pants volume loudddd. And we couldn’t change it. We called down to the office 3 times for help and got told “ maintenance man isn’t answering his phone so sorry but we can’t do anything”. When it was time to check out the front desk gal asked how our stay was and I was honest and told her what happened. She told me I’m the first person she’s ever heard complain about the cleanliness… I definitely call bs on that one. She then basically told me sorry it wasn’t a great stay but our staff is busy so everything can’t be perfect. I wasn’t looking for a free stay. Truthfully if they gave us a free night we’d decline.

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL !! Dirty rooms, dirty pool and dirty business practices. Our room had food all over the floor & on the chairs, fridge was also dirty, hair and stains on the sheets in the bed, people smoking outside our window. Most hotels have a bible ours had an adult book, not joke. I thought we would the hot tub the water was murky & gray. We checked in and check out 30 minutes later letting the front desk know we didn’t want to sleep there. They denied us a refund the next morning even though we had left to another hotel the night before.

It was a disaster. the check in guy is angry, the room is trash, no elevators, dirty toilet, the room smelled like garbage. I've stayed at world class hotels in the likes of new zealand london and dubai and they were all cheaper than this place. Unbelievable. The breakfast is dog food.
