Could not have been better in every aspect. Staff was courteous and helpful. Grounds are immaculate. Food and drink were excellent. Location was convenient. Views were terrific. Loved all the botero sculptures and artwork. The battle for chairs around the many gorgeous pools could get a bit cutthroat at times, but, other than that….

The property is amazing! The pools are gorgeous. The beach entry pool was used by mostly children and their parents. It could have been Cleaner. The floors of the hotel were dirty by the elevators and stairways. A cockroach was found in my room

The hotel location is perfect. The beach and neighboring properties, plus local restaurants and shops are plentiful and there are many great choices. The service in the hotel and food was excellent. We had an issue with an upgrade but the hotel responded with the utmost level of professionalism. The hotel also booked a sunset cruise for us which was perfect with great views transportation to the boat and appetizers/drinks. As with any hotel during off season there was construction to better the hotel but overall it didn’t effect our experience overall. We will definitely be back.

Our overall experience with the hotel was average. My family have stayed here over the past 20 years and this may be the last. The front desk could use some training on better customer service, house keeping was not great as our room was pretty filthy upon arrival. Humu humu restaurant could have killed my son by giving him the wrong food and we have told them about his severe food allergies to nuts. I gave an additional star because the manager reached out and wanted to correct the issues with us which I appreciated. We enjoyed the food at the onsite restaurants, the pool was a lot of fun for the kids to enjoy, cabanas were amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous property and great pool and amazing beach. Staff was fabulous. Will definitely return. We ate at all the restaurants and they were all great. Only complaint I have is there needs to be way more water stations. There are none near the actual rooms. You have to go way down to the pool or up to the lobby and go to the other side to get water, making the use of the special water bottles impractical.They should add more stations near the actual rooms.

This property was an absolute dream! Traveled with a 10 year old who loved the pools and slides. Dining options were perfect for traveling with a child. Staff is so friendly! So much to do on the property alone-can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful resort. The property does need updates. I hoped that the water falls etc.. around the property were working. It would give a better ambiance of what Maui is.
The food options are great and the food tasted really good. We booked Rosé & Seafood brunch and Francis did a great job letting us know what everything was. However, it’s very expensive to dine and have cocktails at the all restaurants.
The staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly and kind. Rena checked us in when we arrived. She upgraded us to a nice room and she explained what the amenities were at the resort. Good experience.

Beautiful hotel but overpriced on everything, to the point of financial exhaustion. It’s a luxury hotel but at some point enough of the nickel and dining. It should be beneath you. Consumers are exhausted. You have enough.
