Always a great time at the quality Inn. We love the atrium. My granddaughters had a blast. Sad that they close in the winter now.

Good view. Electric outlets were not working, hair dryer was not working. The restaurant inside the hotel had amazing breakfast. Staff was great.

The view was wonderful, screened balcony allowed us to hear as well as see the ocean. The room was comfortable, the sheets were very clean and soft. But we didn’t have a shower curtain and didn’t realize that until very late, so we waited until the morning to call for one. It was provided very quickly. However the water pressure in the shower was AWFUL and the temp kept changing mid shower. The second evening of our stay we noticed a LOT of small fly type bugs especially in the bathroom. We were told it was because we had the balcony door open despite us using the screen.
The bathroom while functional was not great, the soaking tub might have been okay, except the drain wouldn’t close all the way.
When I expressed my disappointment in the bathroom (bugs no shower curtain the first night) the front desk person was less than sympathetic.
The indoor pool was nice, as was the jacuzzi. I might stay there again, but in the summer at full price I doubt I would choose this property again.

The place was over good, but the whole place could use a deep clean and dusting though. The indoor pool is nice. The birds and koi fish were awesome.

Room was wet and damp, we saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub floor was slippery, i slipped and fell cutting and bruised my foot

The hotel room is not an 8.2 like the reviews stated. The room was very humid. It wasn’t even humid outside. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat and starting to get sick. The staff was nice and friendly. Maybe I got the not so good room and the others are better. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Poor security. Doors to outside unlocked… anybody could walk in off the street which had dune access, so was always busy. Broken lock on sliding patio door… 1st floor room should have perfect lock. ! Clogged bathroom sink. Very dirty furniture.

The hotel is good with access for parking, no steps at the entrance and has an elevator. Indoor area was great with a pond that had fish and tropical plants including birds, a few parrots that could talk. Indoor restaurant has good food but was not able to serve us dinner the day we checked in. Also the room we reserved had great scenic views of the ocean and bayside of Ocean City. We had a bad experience with finding mice in the room the 1st night in the room. Night shift manager allowed us to temporarily stay in another room until somebody could clear the room out of the mice. Day shift manager would not discuss with us what they would do about the mice getting into the room and made us stay in the temporary room for the rest of our stay at the hotel. No apology or discount was given for our having to move to a standard room. We may not stay at this hotel again.

We had an ocean front room and it was worth it. When you walk out the property to the beach, you are literally 10 yards to the dunes and approx. 30 yards from the beach. The property was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were good restaurants within walking distance. The web access was not good during the busy part of the day.

Hotel wasn’t too bad, but needs a little updating -especially the bathrooms in the rooms. Our room had rust on the inside of the tub, mold on the ceiling above the tub, the tub drain was very calcified, and the tub itself seemed like it was sinking down in the middle (water would pool there and not drain). While the birds in the atrium are interesting, they’re also very loud and could be heard in the rooms. The staff was nice and the pool areas were decent, and it’s a great location near a lot of places you can walk to for meals.

We had a French fry and sand all in our bed. Someone had left clothes next to couch. We also had dirty dishes in the cabinet

I like the location, staffs and all facilities including kitchenette.
But I don't like the dirty and old smell from the carpet, sofas and pillows. The linens were clean, but the pillow cushion inside were smelly. The old dirty seat cushion of sofa were fallen down into the sofa body frame when I sat. I weigh around 140 lbs. I am not that big. I was placed at the 2nd level. I wanted the higher level. but I felt I was placed there because I booked through Expedia.

Toilet seat falling off. Very low water out of shower head. Shower water going hot to cold. Almost got schocled

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was courteous. The birds made it extra special. We enjoyed breakfast there each day.

I had never stayed in this hotel before. I was very pleased. Our rooms were beautiful. The beds were very soft with some kind of memory foam mattress. I wanted to bring the bed home with me. VERY CLEAN. The Atrium with the birds was nice. My only complaint was they had a little breakfast bar table. We are old and broke up and would have preferred a normal table and chairs. We ended up dragging the balcony table inside and using it. Other than that, it was great. Our toilet seat was loose and they came right up and fixed it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
