Stay was good. The location is unbeatable. Had a bit of a scare when we got back and the room door was left open. Nothing missing. Error on the hotels part but they helped a bit.

It was only a one night stay. It met all my expectations! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a very good night’s sleep!!

The hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are old. The parking garage elevator didn’t work. The hotel elevator had issues. The bathroom was too small and tub is so old with permanent marks. The staff was nice. We will not be booking this hotel next time.

Although its look a little dated, it still looks iconic. We left at 4:30am and the elevator cards were not working. It only allowed one floor which was the lower level. we had to carry big suitcases 2 sets of stairs. Other that i wish i was there longer. In and out in less than 8 hours.

We had to move rooms as the 1st room the bath tub had damage to the plug & phone was broken. After moving rooms (quickly helped at front desk) the 2nd room we were in the phone also was out of order so we were unable to call front desk or room service which was frustrating. The air conditioning did not work and there was no fan in the bathroom, room service had a $6 delivery fee (more than most restaurant takeaway delivery fees) and an 18% service charge before tax & tip. We chose to stay at Fairmont as we were wanting to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury, the staff were lovely but unfortunately the hotel issues itself were quite disappointing & it did not feel like the 5* experience we were expecting.

Beautiful room and fantastic bed we only had a few things I wish would have been better like coffee in our room for the morning and our toilet ran every 2 min. We closed the door to the bathroom and it was better

Extremely friendly staff that welcomed me at the Club level the moment I arrived. Great room. Spacious, clean, well furnished, I was fortunate to be right next to dining area on 9th floor. Staff took extra time and care to just talk about things or answer any clarifications, recommendations or explanations My stay was absolutely fabulous

The best hotel

Great location. Housekeeping and restaurant (Notch8) staffs were excellent. Front desk (check-in / check-out) was below par. I was surprised that I had to self-register my car for parking, I was aware of the fee, but this was the first time I had to self-register my car for parking at any hotels. I thought this was a five-star hotel.

Fantastic property! Conveniently located in the heart of the city. Staff were amazing! Room was beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend to everyone!
