The property was well kept and clean; however, some of the facilities were old. My room was very noisy. I had to chose between an in room a/c unit which was very load or constant load traffic noise coming through my window. I turned the TV up to drown out both. That part was not good. After all sometimes you'd like to have a good nights rest.

We rented a room because my daughter had a medical appointment. We arrived at the hotel. little after 2:00pm. I asked the front desk if there was availability for an early check in, she said no. I asked when one would be available she said well check in is at 3:00pm, she was snooty and appeared to be in a bad mood. I asked if she in s bad mood, and that’s when her attitude changed. She now said she could take my name and number and call when a room was available. As we were walking to the car, she came running after us, she said a room was now available. We checked in, room was 424. The door was hard to open, we had to push it forcefully. We had to apply a decent amount of pressure to close it. I put my daughter’s yogurt, string cheese, and juice in the mini fridge. The beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, to the point I couldn’t shower. The hygiene Dove tops were off and covered with some kind of dirt/bacteria. This morning, we did breakfast, it was okay, there were things that werent replenished such as danishes. I took the snacks out of the fridge and wouldnt you know it..the fridge doesn’t work. 3 boxes of yogurt, bag of string cheese, and juice all bad. Went to check out, went to grab a cup of coffee, there was no coffee. My daughter wanted cooler ranch doritios, they were expired we are talking months expired back in June 2024. The amount of money I spent for this room, I expected much better than what we received. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

Bed sheets were dirty, staff had to come and redue bed. New sheets had hair as well. Sheets changed again! Found hair in towels

The pool was great for my kids and the breakfast was awesome. I loved the fitness room as I exercise every morning, but there was no spray or towels to wipe down my machine and the TVs didn’t work well.

We were given room 300. The room was right in front of the ice machine which was terribly loud. We couldn't sleep at night. We had to delay plan because we could not get any rest. I talked to two people at the reception and they both told me they will have rooms for our second night. I appreciated how nice they were. However, the next morning when I went back to the reception to remind them, the woman told us she didn't have any rooms and that she couldn't help us. I told her I talked to two people the day before and they both told me they would have rooms. She wasn't happy about this and she changed our room but did not even apologize for our sleepless night. She was extremely cold to us and very unwilling.

Kids running around the halls screaming at 8am was not ideal. The hotel was average. More of a motel feel than a hotel.

Nice property. Free breakfast was good and appreciated. Fridge and microwave are always nice in the room.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast could be better. Mostly processed foods with little fresh fruit. But nice service and staff.
