Staff was very nice, check in was quick, and the front desk area was clean.
Now.... the room.... yikes!!!! Room was extremly cold. Wall unit for heat and air. Had to climb on bed and stand there, to turn heat on and adjust it. Was extremely loud every time it turned on. Woke my son and i up throughout the night. Could not really even talk to each other when it was on. Though it did warm the room up fairly decently . Only 1 lamp in room that flickered unless you positioned the lamp shade just right. Only 1 other light when you 1st walked in. The door leaked which isnt great when its 19 degrees out and No heat in bathroom which was right off the entry door. The Tub did not drain, hair dryer fell off the wall when adult son was using the bathroom, towels smelled like they had been washed quite awhile and then sat there. They seemed clean just smelled musty. Coffee maker didnt have the correct tray to make coffee. Did get it angled in there enough to kinda make a cup of coffee. Water damage and old dry wall work in main room. Needed to be swept and wiped down. Beds elevated with wood posts. Pillowcases were dirty on one bed. But the rest of the bedding seemed exceptable. However, The beds were comfortable! Remote didnt have a battery cover and wouldnt turn the TV on. It did work to turn channels and adjust volume after we found the power switch on the TV itself. Was glad we didnt have to go old old school and stand at the TV to change channels. Wasnt totally horrific but

Great service from the entire hotel staff (check-in/check-out, breakfast, information, etc.). Good options and replenishment at breakfast, easy access and excellent location for a trip through South Dakota!

Room was disgusting. I have never in my life canceled a hotel before. Look at the pictures. No one would rent a room like this. Hotels.com needs to take them off of their website. I even tried to change rooms and they said they were booked. I had to stay 1 night because we arrived so late. Left immediately the next morning. Was suppose to stay 3 nights. They would NOT refund my money. I would not want anyone else to stay in this place. Would only let me upload 8 pictures. I have more

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and understanding. We stayed in Rapid for an unfortunate situation with family. The hotel is more of a motel with outside entryway doors. The beds and room were clean. Not super comfortable but the cleanliness made up for it. Bathrooms were small but clean. Breakfast was also great.

It is ok for a quick stop and sleep but if you need ice you have to get it from the front desk and for breakfast if you are looking for a muffin, cereal, bagel, toast or pancakes it is ok but the had cheese omelettes and they were frozen. So sad.

This motel did need some updating but some areas had already been updated. The bed was very comfortable and the motel was very quiet.

Floor was new but didnt seem to have been washed. We had to step on towels after we showered. Advertised as remodeled but only parts of the room was dine. Large gape under our door and had to used jeans to block the gape to avoid critters coming into our room. The arm chair in our friends room was filthy. Large hole in ceiling of the registration desk. Was there the whole week we were there. Breakfast was very very good. We did have to reheat our own egg dish as they were set out frozen. Was disappointed in this Wyndham hotel. Huge amount of rooms but very few guests.

Difficulty getting ice and was unable to get the football game my husband wanted to see. Husband Had difficulty with getting room cool enough since ac was a window unit in small room off where bed was.

This hotel is quiet and located off the highway. Staff was friendly and ready to help if needed. When we checked into our hotel, it was very hot in the lobby and they offered us water bottles to help cool us down

The worst experience in a long time. The room was dirty, the noise from the room upstairs made it impossible to sleep. The cooler was very loud and you could hear the street traffic. The breakfast buffet was very poor. Definitely not worth the room rate.

It was horrible. The first room the toilet didn’t work, so they moved us two rooms down. The toilet stopped working and backed up. I fell on 8/20/24 and had to come home to have surgery, so I am still waiting for my refund for the last two days. The hotel said I should talk to you about this?

Property was in a good location. Daily breakfast was the same but with many choices. King size Suite needed more than two pillows. Room still needed some updating. Only one ice machine located in the office building. Staff Pleasant

I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel when I walked in and got my room I was told it was very clean and quiet yeah it was till you got to the rooms it’s like the house keepers were very lazy I found cockroaches plus spiders then tried to switch my rooms and the manager made me felt unsafe and not comfortable at all I was surrounded by three men then followed to my room as the manager watched my son leave and told him he wasn’t allowed to be there never will I ever stay again at this hotel
