The fruit and pastries on the breakfast bar were fresh. The breakfast bar was clean, and tidy. The staff was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The carpets in the hallway were clean and looked relatively new.

The carpet in the room was stained and grubby looking. It was vacuumed, but just felt sticky. The bathtub, toilet and sink were ironed stained and scratched up. This hotel is older and it looks like it. The area around the hotel was trashy.

The rooms we booked were not given to us. the staff did nothing to us.I showed them their confirmation thru booking .com . I was put to shame to my friends because they all were there in front of me during our discussion with the staff. There were no food left when we came to the breakfast lounge.I will not recommend this property to my friends.

The location.

The room my parents and nephews stayed in had a baby roach and poor plumbing. The room my gf and i stayed in hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The one (male) staff member in the front was passionate and very helpful. Pool wasn't equipped like in the advertisement and the continental breakfast was lacking most basic amenities as advertised. If i could of i would of not even stayed. But the fact that i booked and didn't want to be charged for canceling last minute and exhausted from the trip. I would of not stayed there. Sketchy visitors here and there with constant traffic wasn't good for business. But once again. The male at front desk was amazing and was trying his best in all the mess. I ain't the only one who had problems checking in and having some sort of compaint. Will not be staying there ever again.

The staff really worked their hardest to make this an exceptional stay.

For the cost though, you get an older and lightly cleaned room with minimal continental breakfast and a wifi that a lot of websites won't trust. Two out of our four nights our room reeked of weed from people smoking outside our room (or around, this place has both smoking and non smoking rooms). If you accidentally look behind or underneath anything, you're going to see ages of grime (and on one occasion, old lottery tickets).

Was a very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and was in a convenient location.

They didn't mention that their pool was under construction and not in use. That was the one thing we were looking for and then we get there and it wasn't usable. We had one very disappointed girl.

I was lied to told me I'd recieve my deposit back asap after I checked out ,,,,, i checked out at 5 am an 17 hours later still haven't gotten it back

There was nothing to like it was nasty.

The hallways were filthy and dirty, and had probably not been vacuumed in a month. The room was not vacuumed. The tub was not clean. The lady at the front desk told me that if I didn’t like it, I could clean it myself.

location was great hotel itself was garbage, broken toilet seat, stained bedding, stained carpet, didn’t even stay!!! checked out after seeing the room.

The damn place is under construction or demolition. Take their site down

Staff was rude, snickered and unkept. I didn't check in, instead slept in my car.

Bad staff, housekeeping, bad prices, dirty room., no wifi, dogs barking all night, and they wouldn't let me book another night

The bed was great and so was the heat.

The breakfast-first day they had donuts & rolls, coffee but no sugar or creamer. The second day we went elsewhere for breakfast.

They had no butter. There was a very poor selection of fruit (no bananas). When I asked the morning clerk about the butter I got a surly response

The only thing that I will say in a positive light is that the evening desk clerk who checked me in was professional and courteous. Beyond that, this place is awful. There were burnt out and missing light bulbs for the main fixture. There were no lamps on the night stands. There was no occasional chair. The soap was the size of a quarter. But the worst thing was NO HOT WATER. Again when I asked about it I got a surly response from the maintenance man. . It was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel..

Well I would have like it if the front lady wasn't being tough to work with.
