Pubic hair on floor. Mold in the bathroom bathtub fixtures. I called & nobody responded. Could not take shower !!

The room portion of the Tropicana I stayed in is VERY dated. While the room appeared fairly clean, the carpet seemed grungy and the carpets were frayed. The doors needed painting and the desk chair was in really rough shape. The vinyl was shredded. I didn’t receive any soap in my bathroom so I had to wash my hands with shampoo and also shower with the shampoo.

Staff was amazing, bed only has a few sheets and a thin blanket. Nachos from the restaurant to go were meh. Do not recommend the Tex mex bowl.

The hotel needs an appearance update. Pool not open to the public. Restaurants and bars seem to be short staffed. Available staff members who were working, were excellent. Improve ventilation system…..strong cigarette smoke and odor.

It a great I always have a good time staying here I do think bigger TV in the room would be nice and someone to keep my drinks cold I get it though I could go downstairs and buy all the cold drinks and warm food , I am not upset about it at all it would just be even better then it always is but like I said I always enjoy my time at this location

I will never again stay at this hotel and will tell everyone and anybody NOT to stay here. Me and my husband were walking through not knowing where we were going and a security guard came up to us and said we needed to take the minors off the floor. I explained that we were not stopping a walking through. He left and went to get two other security guards that escort us through the casino. The younger one got in my husbands face and tried to be intimidating. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. And when I tried to explain we were looking for the arcade I was disregarded. No apologies, just told minor aren’t allowed on the floor. I will be leaving this review everywhere.

I was locked out of my room because my puppies were barking and a person complained. I actually met the lady in elevators and she stated that actually mine got quiet and her front neighbors dog started barking all night Not only did they Lock me out of my room. Day. charge me $200. I actually left The following daybright early. My checkout wasn't till the next day.morning and That's when I bumped into the lady that had complained. I don't think that's fair.That I was the only one those other puppies were able to bark all night and continue to bug that lady. I. Would even get irritated by all the slamming on the doors.The doors do not have any kind of soft stoppers. I even got a bruise from when the door slammed behind me.

I checked in a day later because of travel delays. My room had been used. My bed had a body imprint cut covers weren't turned down, whoever took a shower and shampooed their hair. Used hand towel had been used. Called it in and was asked if I wanted to move into another room. After long delays getting to the hotel and wasn't that messed up I declined and stayed. Called room service to replace used towels and new toilettre it took 6 hours, I called 3 times!!! Other than that everything else was fine. I liked how the tower was close to the parking garage. Everything is close to everything inside the hotel. And loved that In-n-Out Burgers is right across outside the main entrance.
