What a wonderful experience! From check in to check out everything went smooth. We were not expecting a breakfast but on check in they told us we could have the complimentary buffet breakfast. It was wonderful with hot items, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, and bread/bagels.

Pillows were absolutely horrible, flat & zero support. No housekeeping service of any kind. Fresh towels & trash can emptied on a four day stay would’ve been nice.

Stayed here for our visit to the State Fair. They were able to accommodate side by side rooms. The rooms were nice and comfy. It would be nice if they offered larger trash cans in the rooms since housekeeping is not done daily. Otherwise, all went well. Remember to pay for your parking in case you’re not made aware during booking.

Customer service was sub par maids just walk in room

Everything was great. Staff was fantastic. The bathroom door kept sliding open so that was a problem and the tub plugged up on the last day.

Checked out at 11 am and still haven’t gotten my deposit bad. That’s the only bad thing I can say beside minor damage in the room(Chipped furniture, dirty spots on carpet). Other than this it was a nice hotel with nice employees and a very comfortable stay.

The front desk personnel was aw. I bugged them for e and they remained helpful and kind. I would stay here again because of their service. The bartenders were awesome. The breakfast greeter was patient and kind. I really enjoyed my stay.
