The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, major roads, and grocery stores. After a long day of appointments and meetings, it felt so good to relax in a big and neat room as what we had.

I turned on the heat because the room was a little bit cold and the heat vent register was probably so dirty that it smelled like (I'm sorry to seem crass and vulgar but) someone had literally gone # 2 and not flushed the toilet.

Our stay was okay but lacked some basics that were a little frustrating. For example, we are a family of four but we had two towels in the room. We asked for two more towels, which they brought the next morning after we asked, but then housekeeping replaced them all with two towels that day, so we had to call for two more again the next day (not to mention the originals weren’t dirty). We called for the towels when we arrived at 9pm but there was no answer at the front desk, housekeeping or any other number on the phone, it was frustrating to not have any response. The safe didn’t work. There was no extra blanket (and again, no one available to call) and we were missing a pillow. All fairly minor things but when you add them up, they were frustrating enough to make this stay just “okay”. The property is nice, well located, all the basic amenities you would want.
