We were hurricane refugees and Compass was a welcoming place to land for a few days. Staff was amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful and kind. This is our third stay. We’ll come back if the occasion arises.

My stay was absolutely terrible, I had one of my items missing from my room and so far had no follow up from upper management.

We left the hotel with multiple bug bites all over our bodies. When I called to tell them about it I felt the person I spoke to was lacking any empathy. I was told there was a certain bug around the property that causes all the bites. if that is the case than I would expect more extermination.

We stayed 8 days at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From checkin to checkout and everything in between was great. Very impressed by the service and the staff. Breakfast is great although a bit too early for my liking. The hotel is very clean. We had a delux room and it was great I just wish it had more room to store your belongings and also adding a safe in a room would be great. Special thanks to Ms. Dawn from a breakfast area. Such a sweet and very helpful lady. From deck staff was also very very helpful and courteous. Overall, great time at this hotel. Would come back and recommend to others. Thank you.

This would have been a great stay accept the room was unbearable hot. The hallway to our room was even hotter. We had someone come to our to check it out and they said it was the coldest it would get. Definitely feel like we wasted our money on this room.

Amazing clise to the beachs

There were blood stains on our sheets, I’m pretty sure we contracted lice from the room. The pool was way over crowded with very rude people that hit me with a football.

The staff was very thoughtful and checked in daily to see if had any needs. The rooms were a good size and clean. The AC was nice and COLD, especially on over 90 degree days, unlike other hotels where you question whether it is working. Already planning to go back!

Great pool and breakfast! Our room had Marina view so we paid more, but it was in the smaller size. We enjoyed our stay, though was a bit expensive..

Everything was good except the floor in the bedroom was pretty dirty. Every time we got in the shower we’d bring in gray footsteps. It’s mostly concerning because my toddlers play on the floor. Otherwise, it was the best hotel we stayed in during our vacation.

Amazing stay! Everyone from front desk to wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and views of the any are very nice. Great place to stay if you are visiting Anna Maria Island !

This is our second time staying here as a family. I love how quiet and calm the hotel is. I love how you can walk around and feel safe (even letting my child walk about I wasn't worried) I love the sunset views and how you can enjoy a perfect view from any part of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, even and breakfast rush hour they are always paying attention to make you feel at easy and everything is always clean. The food is amazing whether at breakfast or ordering from the hotel restaurant. Definitely the best place for some quiet family time.
