This was my second time staying here while traveling to pick up/drop off my UMich student. The check-in/check-out process is quick. The staff is efficient and friendly. The ambience and decor seem classier than in some of the surrounding hotels. The rooms seem newly renovated, with high-quality mattresses, nice furniture, and the best showers with low, walk-in curbs, plenty of room, and elegant tiling. We'll stay here every time.

Room was clean and furniture was nice. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning a blessing!!! Staff was kind. I only stayed 1 night but staff asked me if I needed anything at least 3 times when I was in and out.

Chris at the front desk made my stay so much easier. He booked the same room for the whole time I will be here. When I called to add a day they said no room available at that time so I would have to change room. Chris made me feel welcomed and it was no trouble for asking. Thank you Chris on 7/3/24

Clean; updated and upscale look and feel; room was well-appointed; bed/mattress felt plush and new; only complaint - in a 1st floor room - was some occasional noise from passing guests which was too easily heard through the porous door/walls

This is a very comfortable place to stay. We've been here quite a few times. Our only suggestion for improvement is that often the odor from the breakfast cooking kind of goes everywhere and it's not always pleasant.

My only complaint was the AC was very noisy. We had to turn it off to get some sleep. But everything else was excellent. Great friendly and helpful staff.
