The property is doing renovations on the first floor. The front entrance is blocked off. There’s an alternate entrance on the side of the building, but you can’t see it from the street. Also, the hotel’s sign doesn’t light up at night, so if you’re arriving after sunset, good luck finding it. At check-in, the receptionist was cold and impersonal. She only answered questions that were asked. Our room was on the second floor and it was much better than the first floor. Our room was perfect in condition, comfort and cleanliness. However, we didn’t get any housekeeping services during our three day stay because we hadn’t asked for it in advance-something the receptionist could have told us at check-in.

The hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION, with no signage in the parking lot. It was very dangerous, especially for a woman traveling alone on a rainy night. I am not a fearful person, nor am I complainer, but the parking lot was dark and very far from the temporary entrance. There was no signage indicating that the hotel was under renovation prior to my arrival, nor were there signs posted in the parking lot that indicated the hotel was being renovated. More importantly, there were no signs anywhere directing customers to where the temporary entrance was located. I was not about to attempt to walk across the dirty parking lot with my heavy suitcase trying to figure out where to check in. I called the front desk and they were not clear about the entrances. They said all doors were unlocked, which also is not safe for paying customers. I first drove around looking for some indication of where the entrance was. I parked in a handicapped space next to a garbage dumpster. The hotel room was not bad, but the floor was dirty and once I checked in, I washed it with a towel to walk around barefoot. The hallway carpet, which they are replacing. The staff was as pleasant as possible, but I am sure it was not a pleasant experience for them. Also, the sign for the Radisoon was not lit up.The manager will only give a 25% refund, he said, "You have used the facility, and it served the purpose." I can't believe he is in the hospitality business! Shame on him!

Get a room on the top floor because you can hear the people above you walking around. Otherwise good, basic hotel near the airport. Clean, big rooms, nice shower. Good sized gym.

Property was under construction with limited access and noise. Clerk was unable to provide any info upon checkout including receipt or even the total bill. Once in the room, the accommodations were fine, with comfortable beds and bath.

Hotel is under construction. Nothing on the site tells you this. Not all facilities are currently available (like laundry.) Staff basically checks the box on showing up for work.

Omg nowhere when booking was I told about the construction going on no soap no shampoo in bathroom no anything I’ve been staying in Warwick for work tried this hotel never again ! All the other hotels had the basics at least this place was dirty as well such a waste if my money I booked for 5 days too so I was already out a huge chunk !

Didn't know about construction. Thought the hotel was closed. Sign was not lit up. Hard to find. Parking lot closed. Limited signage. Paper signs with small print. Was lost in the dark for a while while i tried to figure it out

The bathroom smelled like well—the obvious. Whole place was under construction. It was quiet where they put us—but we didn’t want to leave the room which was dark. Even with lights on it was dark.
