Service at reception was shocking. She argued with me regarding my room booking when we’d clearly booked a twin room.

Terrible sleep. The pillows were lumpy and old, obviously only notice when you put your head down to sleep so too late to complain, walls paper thin so standard phone alarm from next room woke me up at 6am then constant banging of doors, fire escapes used as exits by customers too.

The rooom was very cold, the window couldn't be closed because it was broken.
The air-conditioning was releasing cold air whether chosen high pr low temperature.
I tried to complain to front desk staff but they never answer the phone i don't know do it deliberate by not answering guests phone calls or not. I went down to ask some one.for help there was no one at the front desk it was very disappointing

I booked a double room but on arrival I was told they have all finished. I was given a single room instead which I find really unpleasant and unexpected.I am writing to seek a refund regarding this booking.Many thanks.

We booked an overnight stay for family wedding. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The only issues, the tv wouldn’t set up airplay and there’s no lifts. Room was quite far from the car park and going back and forth to the car was long but other than that stay was good.

The bed pillows and duvet were good and clean. The bathroom was clean although a bit small. Kettle did not work. We had loud music from room above and after contacting the front desk three times they sorted it. Was convenient, clean and comfortable.

Lovely welcome and really felt looked after, wonderful pool and facilities always staffed by friendly and welcoming people. Lovely room with comfortable bed and sofa bed, loved the breakfast too, will definitely come back again

I've stayed at this hotel before, this was my second visit.
It's a very convenient location for my usual travel purposes in Birmingham. It's comfortable, breakfast is good and I like accessing the pool and gym.

Rooms generally fairly clean. Bathroom very nice and modern looking. The double beds look a bit small especially for a big/tall person. And would have preferred the bed to be a bit more comfortable (but definitely manageable).

We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend with all of the family and the hotel was an excellent central meeting place. Welcome was excellent. Our room, a family room for the two of us, was comfortable and had all we needed. Like 99% of hotels the bathroom extractor fan did not work. Staff were very friendly but there just weren’t enough of them. They had a touch screen for ordering & paying for food & drink but the screens we tried didn’t work and it then took ages to find a member of staff to serve us. Breakfasts were good with a wide variety of choice from the buffet.
