The property is old and outdated but it’s very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Red Lion Inn use to be a chain of hotels. This one’s stuck in the early 90’s. When you enter the hallways the musty smell hits you in the face. Beds need replacements, soft due to usage. Place could use a remodel.

This hotel is clean, but is getting old and could use some paint in the bathrooms as tge ceilings are getting stained and a little grungy looking. Check in was fine, particularily as it related to the young man working with us. The other lady however, was not very welcoming to her guests, in that she didnt greet anyone with a smile, and when telling guests the rules, she was gruff and more nossy than friendly and welcoming.

I booked thru Hotels.com app. We have stayed at this property several times. We snowbird between Phoenix and Seattle. When we checked in is when I found out there wasn’t a breakfast included anymore. It was the reason we picked this property and paid a little extra for that offer. Also, it’s pet friendly and have easy access to outside.

Hotel is old so a bit run down. If you are sensitive to old smoke smell this will not be for you. Could smell it even though no smoking for years in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room was convenient and good for the price. Restaurant not available or pool.

Check in was 3 pm, kept telling us our room was not ready til 4 pm, everyone else checking in had those room ready. No coffee maker in room, coffee pot downstairs was empty when I went down so drive to store down the street for our coffee. Not just soap for hand washing m, used the body soap that was there

Great except street lights are poor. Driveway hard to see at night. The AC /Heater were hard to read the temperature.

I usually stay here a few times a year, and I was really disappointed to see that the restaurant was closed due to staffing. (they say it’s a fallout from Covid) Also no coffee in the room. Found out later I could ask for it. Honestly I would have stayed at a cheaper place if all I wanted was a bed.

Just after checking in, the room was in such bad condition we had to request that our room be dusted, and the carpet vacuumed. There was no screen on our sliding patio door.

Beautiful view, friendly staff, super comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit dated but overall well worth the stay.

Good bed..

Check in was slow. No or coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. Restaurant and lounge have been closed for 2 years but, that information is not listed in ad. Staff was curt and unfriendly. Will never stay there again and I travel 3 weeks out of every month.

The room was dirty with hair and dead bugs, stained sheets, stuff spilt on the walls and spiders. Bathroom door was broken and the shower made a hideous screaming sound.

Our room was gross, I almost checked out and went to find somewhere else to stay but didn’t want to hassle a waiting to be refunded and we figured it was only for 1 night. Dead bugs in bathroom floor, hair on shower wall when we hadn’t even showered yet, hair all along the sink and around the bathroom mirror. Our room smelled gross and also their bar which was one of the reason we chose this place was closed down. No where when you book does it say their bar is currently closed down. I went and looked at past reviews and someone back in June stayed and was also complaining because of their bar being closed so this should really be updated as not having a bar be one of their amenities because it is misleading. Staff was nice but this hotel is ran down and they need to retrain their “cleaning staff” because they did not do a great job w our room.

Grwat service friendly staff.

We were there when the hotel was hot very busy. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay. Older facility but nice.
