This place was very bad. No room service the entire time there. The room stayed very damp all the time and I'm guessing it was because there was no ventilation at all. I had on white socks and after a few minutes of walking in the room I noticed they were really dirty on the bottom. I then wet a wash cloth and rubbed it on the floor and it was absolutely filthy. The next morning I put it in a plastic bag and stopped by the office , showed it to the girl and asked for the floors to be moped. She said she would show it to her manager and I said "please do ". There was no food put out or it was already gone ( before 7 am ) and no coffee. We were there for work and when we got back that evening the floors had not been moped and no clean towels. Had to go get towels every evening of our stay. They did , I think, mop the floor the last night of our stay. The people next door to us ran their TV on high day and night and they had more than one dog barking all during the night. Needless to say we will never stay at this motel again. We have stayed at a Red Roof Inn in another state and it was the totally opposite of this place.

Staff was rude and tried to charge me ,saying I didn't pay for my second night, after showing them my itinerary.they realized they had the wrong room.but. No apologies just rude , had to smash a giant cockroach al so o

My room had bed stains on and under the covers and sheets, it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, there were spider webs all over, and there were roaches coming out of the drain in the bath tub. I did NOT stay in the room, instead I was forced to go to the holiday inn across the street. I’d like a refund for this room please. I talked to the staff.. they said to take it up with you guys. Thank you very much.

The stay wasn't all that great. The room was ok. The day shift clerk was a grumpy old lady that had a chip on her shoulder. They never brought us new towels after we put the dirt ones out for housekeeping. When I tried to get some from the front desk, they only had the small ones.

Mold everywhere. We were lucky the sweet lady processed a refund but it was mold in several of the rooms. Our neighbors alerted it to us and when we checked there was mold and filth surrounding the beds, on the ceiling and in the bathroom.

We didn't stay there because of the price we stayed there because of how it was advertised that it looked, we ended up getting a different hotel because we couldn't sleep the first night with the noise and cigarette smoke. Plus the toilet wouldn't flush, it was running all night, the towels were not clean and the sink was missing the stopper and wouldn't drain. Clean the place up or change the photos.

We chose this place because the online pictures looks great. Well we checked into our room late at night and passed out with our two young children. Well we woke up ready to start our day and noticed… everything. Went to go shower and the Sheetrock above the shower head was raked off and turning blackish, went to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer doesn’t work… there was SO much hair from previous people and I understand a small amount but this was ridiculous. The floors were so dirty my kids socks were BLACK within 5 mins of putting the socks on them we had to wear shoes inside the whole weekend. The sheets are very thin and that’s all you get and two pillows per bed. Also I had 4 people staying with me and the room was supplied with two towels. There is no room service. Then we went to eat breakfast. This was a literal joke!! They had sausage, biscuits, bread and stale bagels, 2 yogurt cups and spoiled milk that was 4 days out of date and BOTH juice machines were out. One type of cereal, cheerios which was stale as well, we had coffee but no creamer unless u wanted spoiled milk. So when we got back from our activities for the day we had leftovers from dinner and tried heating them up and yup you guessed it the microwave isn’t working properly either the piece in the middle that rotates the glass plate is broken so your food gets hot on one side then you gotta rotate it! Then the side of the first beds bedskirt is covered in something at the bottom it’s either puke or soup
