Nice stay but walls are thin.I felt management could have staggered guests in every other room due to nouse

We were very happy with our stay. It was affordable and well kept. It was also close to everything and within driving distance.‘it’s not the fanciest but that’s not what we wanted. The breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of options.

Unfortunately I am disappointed in my current stay at this hotel ! The staff did not return my refundable deposit. I attempted to call them at least 8 times and they did not pick up the phone to assist! Terrible service and I don’t recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at the OC Hotel. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet. I was on the ground floor so you could hear the footsteps from the room above. The parking lot and walkways are well-lit at night. Overall, a nice hotel with convenient access to the freeway, dining, and shops.

Sketchy area, had someone sleeping in their truck in front of their room. Argument with homeless guy out front also. Hotel was fine, location not so

I used this hotel so I could go to the Pacific Amphitheater and not drive home at night. The bed was xlnt, water heated up fast and had a rainshower, the room was clean, amenities nice and staff very friendly. I'd stay again for anything in the Newport/CostaMesa area.

The mattress cover was probably a full size on a king bed and didn’t cover the Mattress completely. Underneath the mattress was staid and the electrical outlet was not covered. We only stayed one night (because we arrived at 1 am and were too exhausted to find something else) and the front desk was not willing to help cancel the other night. These are very serious health and safety violations and the lack of help from the front desk just made it 10 times worse.

The decor is fabulous and the room had everything I needed - microwave, fridge, hairdryer. Perfect. Loved it.

Breakfast was sub-par and packaged items. The ice machine was broken, and the staff seemed put out when I asked about it. The room above us sounded like they were constructing furniture, but the staff did reach out and it got better. The drinks in their refrigerator for purchase were reasonably priced.
