The beds are unusually comfortable

I thought the Redondo Inn being a Hilton hotel was so horrible! We check in and were given room #115! We opened the door and the room is dirty! No beds made, trash everywhere! I saw the hotel cleaning lady at another room and i tried asking her about the room still being dirty and she looks at a clipboard and says it's not on her list? I need to go back to the front desk? So we go back to the front desk and now get room #114? This room was clean. After we unpacked we went to the pool and it was nice! I thought okay a simple mistake! Oh no we were gone most of the day it was my wife's birthday! When we arrived back early in the afternoon I am now hearing loud banging noises and people walking up above us and it continued all night to the early am 1am 2am 3am 4am etc! The construction of this hotel is so poorly done with no type of insulation to absorb the noise from other rooms or upper levels that occurred all night! I put ear plugs in as far as I could and was still hearing these banging noises! No sleep!!! I don’t know what was going on in room #115, the door all night and early am hours kept being opened and closed continually? Very strange! I just have a hard time believing this is a Hilton!!! I have never had a bad Hilton experience until now! I will never stay there again and doubting Hilton's care for there customers?

Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Location was great. An older hotel, but clean and well presented. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We loved the marina view, the room was great, service was super. Xavier was a fantastic help at the front desk. We loved being so close to the beach. What a fun and fantastic hotel!

The first room was immediately across from the pool, which was loud and the AC didn't work. They thankfully moved me and the next room was better, but both rooms smelled very musty. Otherwise, very nice.

The Redondo beach hotel is great! The location makes it very convenient and there are plenty of walkable places including restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved that they have Starbucks and food in the lobby. Our room was nice and the parking is extremely convenient. Definitely would stay here again.

I think it’s a tad stingy for Hilton to charge $3 for a regular sized bottle of Arrowhead water that are placed in guest rooms but are free only for certain Hilton Diamond, Gold etc members. Even quaint hotels like Hampton Inn offer water bottles for free to every guest. Basic hospitality even when you visit a person’s home, you are offered a drink of water.

Check in took forever, couldn’t even have keys made because they had to reboot their system so they delivered keys later. Went swimming then took a shower and found that the hair wash shampoo bottle was completely empty, so I had to use body wash on my hair, we had places to go so I couldn’t wait for housekeeping to bring moe shampoo. They didn’t even deliver it until over an hour later! Strange brown flecks on the walls as well.

The staff was amazing! The rooms were ok.... loud a/c unit and there was musty smell in the room. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise. If was for the awesome staff the overall rating would be a 3....

Quick overnight. Hotel is okay, not exceptional but good value for price.

The room was smelling of mildew and mold. I had a headache all 3 nights since I am highly allergic to mold and mildew that was present in both rooms. The Odor was awful. They changed the room and added deodorizer, but it only lasted a few hours and the mold and mildew smell returned. The employees had confirmed the odor was offensive.

Love this hotel…pay more but have a nice place to rest.

System was down so didn't have key for hours and then were given a hard time when entering the property without a key card. The room was dated and reeked of bleach and a few of the towels were stained. Overall, not worth the price we paid.
