Room was well presented and clean. Breakfast - dirty cups, lack of crockery and floor areas not swept after others had eaten (food on floor). Toaster requires replacing.

Again a very enjoyable stay. Your staff were very friendly, rooms were very nice, clean and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Look forward to staying with you again.

Breakfast had great choices and also great choices for gluten free foods. Staff very pleasant and helpful and quiet manage to sleep would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Also free parking which is great as limited hotels have parking in this area 😊

This is a good hotel on the outskirts of town. Set on industrial estate so not the best outlook. No restaurants within easy walking distance. To town centre 30 to 4p minutes walk. To train stayion 20 to 30 minutes walk. Beware if eat in hotel restaurant adds extra 15% "tray charge" is added . Does not mention on website abd limited choice. Good selection at breakfast.Rooms have air conditioning. I would not be prepared to pay full price given location etc , however since had room at a discounted price ok. Hotel seems to be poplar with business people.

Staff were amazing. Best we’ve ever encountered. Lyn Carol and co were first class. We’ll visit this hotel again based solely on how friendly and helpful these two ladies were, especially Lyn.

Staff were great, very kind along with being helpful and attentive. Room is a bit dark, but its fine. Lovely shower. Bed, the beds mattress needs changing. Too uncomfortable and it feels well used. Not a great nights sleep during my stay. 2nd night i slept better, but i was exausted! The mattresses need upgrading.Too much light comes through under the door as well. For the price per night, over £150 it was well over priced. Staff made the difference though.
