There was cocker roaches in the room is was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel or motel will never stay there again.

This place is horrible. Opened up the fridge to a roach, clogged toilet, not to mention a bag of needles on the counter the last guest left for me. Went to the desk to ask for a plunger and they didn't have one or have a maintenance man to unclog it so had to go without a toilet for a day. They did however hand me glue traps for the roaches that was a plus.

As soon as we walked in the door it smelt strongly of smoke, when it is supposedly a “non smoke” motel. There was lots of screaming and yelling during the night, as well as lots of rubbish outside and around the whole property. The staff weren’t very friendly. The bath in the bathroom has brown marks on the floor. And the microwave smelt bad like old food. A refund would be appreciated.

This property was very dirty inside the room. There were roaches crawling around and the sheets were full of brown and yellow stains. The tub was wore out and dated. The table was filthy and disgusting. Outside there were people gather around like they lived there. There was also trash all around. It was just filthy and I was afraid to even use the ice machine because it looks so dirty everywhere on the grounds of the property. This place is a dump and looks like a project down North Philadelphia. I couldn’t get any sleep because I was afraid a roach would crawl on me. This place should be closed down.

It was fine for a one night stay. Our room had flies and the carpet smelled awful. The ac unit was SO LOUD. & there was a broken down van in the parking lot that was surrounded by trash and boxes. The only up side was that the sheets were clean and the water pressure waa steady. Wouldnt recommend for a family.

I didn’t like how we were always watched by employees and staff. I felt like I was in day care. And literally no privacy and also there is no cable and the air conditioner kept shutting off. I don’t recommend and the staff is very nosy and unfriendly

This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. It lacked in cleanliness and EVERYTHING smelled like stale cigarette smoke including the pillows!

I booked a jacuzzi room through Expedia and when i got there they gave me a regular suite. Homeless ppl abound in the parking lot, broke down vans and someone even had a tiny grill outside their broke down van.
I didnt stay, They wont refund the money. What a joke. Just go somewhere else.

First room smelled just like someone smoked a cigar in it 5 min before my arrival. Second room lights were either not working or flickering on. Did not sleep well!

We stayed for a couple of nights as we had been displaced from our residence as a result of fire. The place was quiet, nice, clean and front desk clerk was courteous.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Bathroom had mold growing, dresser was broken. Very dirty. Then on the day of check out we were being rushed out of our room prior to checkout time. I’ve attached a photo of the dresser when we brought it to attention they said they’d fix it…never did.
