Room was very nice and clean. Great selection of food in the breakfast area. Room was very quiet at night. Only downfall was the desk clerk when we checked in. Not friendly or helpful.

We came down for a tennis tournament and wanted to stay close to the courts. This was a great location and did not disappoint. We will stay here again for future tournaments.

Firstly, it would have been nice if the front desk had informed us that our elevator was out of order before giving us a room on the 3rd floor. I have knee problems, but we used the stairs and couldn’t find another elevator anywhere near our room. Secondly, the room had a moldy odor. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels. Overall, a decent place to stay.

We have stayed at this same hotel for several years!! Saints ticket holder, just wish they had discount for 8 differant bookings every year!!

Worry about service also cleanliness. We had an a/c issue in our room which was eventually resolved by your maintenance man.(Great job fixing a/c problem). But if by chance the problem wasn’t resolved the front desk person(lady with glasses) we would have to check out and find another hotel. We asked why if there was an issue with the a/c already but the cleaning ladies didn’t tell her. We said there are other rooms available and she said there all reserved and I’m not going to give you any of those rooms. Just like that so if issue is not resolved you’re out of luck primarily and you must check out or stay in the hot room. Very unprofessional and she had just had another issue with another guest while I was waiting addressing an issue they had on the phone. He wanted the manager but he had left already.

Good except the painter in the bathroom was terribly sloppy. Paint all over places it shouldn't have been. Where is the manager to review the job done?

A girls fun trip to City Park. Staying in Metairie is a perfect location without the hassle and cost of New Orleans. It’s a very unique clean and convenient property. We were pleasantly surprised we definitely returned.

Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good and the water was hot. Property was quiet even with it being near the highway.

This hotel didn’t disappoint, clean, safe and surprisingly quiet being it’s right off the highway. Easy access to New Orleans airport and French Quarter.

I will book this property again. I felt safe. I like the look of the property. It us close to downtown. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and a relax feel to it.

I stayed in three different rooms over the course of a week. The first room was 2nd floor back building, Room 220 overlooking the pool and courtyard area. This room was clean and the AC kept the room nice and cool, I enjoyed it. The second room I stayed on was ground level, same building, room 105 This room had a musty smell and i saw several german cockroaches in this room. The AC was not as functional, I did not care for this room. The 3rd room was a premium room in the main building on the 3rd floor, room 316. It was nice, I did not really like the sofa or chair in the room, but overall it was more spacious and inviting. all rooms are lacking in the refrigerator department, they really should have a larger one with a freezer. For a long stay they aren't convenient. The staff was a mix of friendly and rude. I didn't like how housekeeping stood outside our door while were packing up to check out. Some of the front desk staff and breakfast staff were rude or had a bad demeanor. DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE THINGS TO THE ROOM. I got a soda and a baby crib and they didn't wait to charge me until checkout. Took over $400 out of my account that had to be returned to me. Overall it was the nicest stay I had in Metairie. But I still think some improvements could be made as far as room amenities and the character of certain staff members.

The hotel room smelled SO bad the whole time, almost like a mildew smell. The toilet was so violent when it flushed it splashed water everywhere. The bathroom door was broken (the knob turned in circles without unlatching the door) and it took us 20 minutes to figure out how to open it to even get IN the bathroom, and we couldn't shut the door the whole time. The TV didn't work the WHOLE TIME, because NO channels would load. That being said, you can't get TO the rooms without a keycard, which makes the safety ALMOST worth staying there. I will probably look for a different hotel if I go back, but it wasn't worth losing the money to find another one this time. The workers seemed nice enough, but other than the security, I was super disappointed.

Even the toilet seat was up and thats good to me because i can see that it have been cleaned. The temperature was just right. Not too cold or too hott. The one thing i did not like was the gate to the courtyard rooms was not secured, its like a weak lock if i must say. Other than that, thank you for breakfast, powerwash cleaning, and great night staff.
