Location was close to my work

The poor quality of the rooms, they smelled bad and were filthy and had really bad stained linen and wash clothes.

The staff was very polite and kind. Extremely dirty carpet. The room had these crawly bugs (didn't notice them until I got up to dress and check out) the linen on the bed had yellowish stains Sheets. Therefore I could cover up. Had to sleep in the chair all night. Had to lay my head on the table with a pillow. The worst I've ever stayed. 😪 I chose this place online because of the location of a family event (The Balony) The the Airport was just minutes away. So I flew in from Dallas, TX to attend the event. I was in the city for less than 24hrs then back on the plane the next morning. Just a bad place to invite someone to stay. Unfortunately I could never book this hotel again. Again the staff were very nice.

Nothing everything was terrible,mi first room change because the tv not work,my second room they provide no ac was terrible. They stolen all my money I don't recommend and never come back

Nothing, they no make maintenance to entire property

Staff was nice

Uncomfortable, old and beat up furniture. My bed had bed bugs in it. I told them at them front desk. They said they would call me once they checked it out and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Worst hotel experience.
