The hotel was fantastic! We loved the decorations and the history of the hotel. It was absolutely breathtaking. The location was fantastic! Anything you could possibly want or need is close to the hotel! Will definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is virtually closed down on Sundays and Mondays, no service, no food service of any kind, no bars. What are these peoples ideas of guest service or hospitality, totally bemusing.

The hotel is fabulous inside and the location very convenient. Very comfy bed and excellent view of the pool. Tbh, the rooms need updating and the hot water for the bath took over 5 minutes before it came through hot......BUT the staff on reception - Selina and Daniella - are quite simply the best I have come across in the 31 States I have visited this year. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and smiling and nothing is too much trouble. They make the other minor things insignificant. Well done. Resort fee is an annoying addition for a one night stay though.

Carpet was dirty under the bed. You could see tons of built up dust. Lobby is better than the room. Also the windows are cheap & rattled all night in the wind. We were on the 6th floor. Disappointed for all the hype they give to Heritage Hotels.

It was perfect! And centrally located to everything, stores, fast food and restaurants. Quick access to the freeway too! We will reserve again when visiting family in New Mexico 💕

Excellent experience

The Spanish feel of the hotel makes it unique, beautiful.

Key did not work on original room. Water in toilet ran constantly. Water in shower took forever to become warm. We would have benefited from small refrigerator as we had medications that needed to be refrigerated and two of the lamps were not plugged in. But the room and the property were beautiful.

Amazing staff! Shannon in the bar was great!

Facilities show much better on Expedia than in reality. The only restaurant on the premises was closed for special event except for area around bar where seating was uncomfortable and service mediocre. Food options were limited and average. Worse part was the noise. People were partying late in pool area and it rook several calls to front desk at 1 am to get them to do something about it.

Shower water extremely hot, tv small and old, bathroom very small and shower head was clogged. Room was inproxcematry of morning construction. Room ok. Bed good.
