The front desk person was really nice. The hotel itself was clean and friendly. The indoor pool by our room was not - lots of kids and families and noise. The room was kind of sad - the bathroom was GROSS - dirty grout, literally poop smeared on the shower curtain, a scrubber left under the vanity...lots of mildew and rust as well. The bed was comfortable though. We were on the ground floor and someone kept banging on the window!! Not the most comfortable stay for sure.

There were cockroaches in both of the rooms I booked, the front desk promised a manager would reach out but they never did.

Room was average bed was very comfortable but needed firmer and more pillows. We had a king. Bathroom was average needed updating. Didn’t have time to use pool but looked nice and clean. Had coffee there but didn’t have time to take advantage of the free breakfast. Price was good and I’d still would stay again. It has alot to offer for the price.

It was awesome that my request for a room close to the front was honored. It made life so much better! The room and bed were spacious, but the bathroom was still small. I was thankful for the grab bar. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Terrible Stay! The entire hotel smells like stale hemp, or marijuana smoke. Our room literally reeked of the smell and made me sick to my stomach. almost a wet mildew smell in our room the two nights we stayed. My sinuses burned, but was told no other rooms were available. Front desk staff were pretty poor if they were even upfront. Bugs in the bathroom and found one on my bed. Really not sure who these people are that are giving it a 10 out of 10, must be hotel management. This was literally the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at in many years! Spend another $20 and get a better place.

I loved the staff, breakfast smelled great(didn’t go eat), loved the bed and blankets but why all white.. didn’t like that. And the pool while we still swam bc well we had came from the river, it was green could definitely use cleaning. And proper chemical levels. Also hot tub jets don’t really jet lol but it was nice and warm and I loved the air and heat system in the room. My daughter gets cold very easy with her condition and she asked to turn the heat on and we were able to do so . I’m happy with my stay over all . We will be back !

We stay at this hotel every year for the state fair because it is so reasonably priced. Located in a safe area. Employees are front desk were friendly, checking in was a breeze. It’s right across the street from Walmart, Target & even Crumbl Cookie. Less than a 5 minute drive to a ton of restaurants and stores. The breakfast was actually pretty dang good, with a decent selection (yogurt, pastries, bagels, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. The make your own waffles were 10/10. I found the beds to be really comfortable as well as the pillows. The only thing was we couldn’t hook up our FireStick, but really not a big deal at all. Pool was clean. We accidentally stayed past 10PM & the the front desk woman very politely let us know. My family will be continuing to chose with hotel when we visit Springfield.

Went to the front desk to speak with someone and was told there had been lots of rain in the area, so it would clear up, went to Walmart bought air freshener and called it a night. The next day 9/17 we woke up in the room smelled like mildew. This clearly told me something had been wet in the room. Again, I went to the front desk spoke with someone again she got on the phone called the manager. The manager told her everything has been sold out and asked me what can she do for me again? I ask had all the room been sold out or just the suites that I purchased come to find out there was a two queen bedroom open I took that the room that was fine. No smells, but the look of the room is very dingy and dirty, needless to say the next day I checked out and happy I’m home ! Would not recommend this hotel at all
