Room was disgusting! One outlet for the room on a wall by the door and it was exposed, the rest were covered up. No place to plug in a phone charger by the bed, toilet leaked, walls were filthy, floor boards were separated and dirt inbetween. Lights didn't work, base board was pulled away from the wall exposing filth. Bedding had a bunch of cigarette burns. Chair was ripped and couldn't sit in it. a mirror was leaning against the wall and you could see where it should have been. Even after showering, that room left me feeling dirty. Took several pics but can't get any to upload

The room was filthy, had to wear socks or shoes the whole time in the room. Black mold and rust in the shower. Room had a distinct moldy smell that would not go away (unplugged the ac all day thinking it might be the culprit) 1 star is being generous, I will not make the mistake of booking this property again!

BED BUGS!!! Over $80 to get turned into a chew toy! Big bug of some sort fell out ofnthe towels and crawled away. Room looked pretty dingy. Had it not already been 2am when we got there, we would have left. NO manager available to speak to at all. The girl at the desk this morning was understanding and empathetic but unable to do anything because of no manager on site. HOWEVER!!! The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Very run down. Paint chipped off walls, smelled terrible. The bathtub had terrible rust in it. I politely went and told the front desk I couldn’t stay there and I wanted a refund, she said the manager wouldn’t be there until another hour. She offered to give me a different room and rust was in that bathtub too. I waiting an hour and a half for the manager, he showed me 2 more rooms that looked better, all of the tubs still had rust in them. The last room didn’t have the rust, but at that point I was disgusted and still asked for a refund. The lady helped best as she could and was nice. The manager understood and didn’t give me a hard time and then recommended the hotel across the street.

Staff person was friendly. Mold in the shower, broken dirty vent in the bathroom, air conditioner had busted cover, duct tape and missing control knobs but did cool the room. Mattress cover dirty (looked like dried blood). Very run down, not well maintained. No food available on the premises. This was not our choice to stay; this was a last resort when Expedia overbooked our hotel (which was booked months in advance) and nothing available due to several concerts and events going on in the area.

The light didn't work in most of the room, the two lights above the bed were falling off and one had a bible wedged under it to keep it from falling. we were in a no smoking room and the blanket had a burn hole in it. lastly the place was infested with cockroaches and they refused to let us shower in a different room. I asked for a full refund and they would not

Needed somewhere to stay for the night after traveling all day. Entered the room that had a un clean scent. Room was 80 degrees, turned on the ac that barely worked or cooled it down any. Floors were dirty and door barely closed. All around unpleasant.

Lawn mowers outside loud noise at 8 a.m. The guy that checked me in initially for the room was extremely rude. The guy that took over at shift change when I reported no towels stated that he needed to come to the room with me to see himself that there were no towels.

Two years since last visit. Superior King Non-smoking is supposedly a step above the Standard King. No in-room coffee maker or telephone posed an inconvenience, as I had no working cell at the time. Add insult to injury; there were no pay-phones either. Not worth the pricier room rate.

The room smelled stale as soon as we opened the door. Then the a/c barely worked. The tub and toilet both had such bad rust stains. The beds were so small and the bedding was paper thin. When you flushed the toilet it made this loud screeching noise until the water filled the bowl back up. I get that you get what you pay for but it was absolutely miserable.
