Very nice and friendly staff

The stay was great. The front desk agent basically gave us keys and said have a nice stay. No directions on where to park or where our room was. I had to ask for more information. Also no towels at pool and when i tried their pool phone to ask for more, the phone didnt work. It was a good stay but guest service always has room for improvement.

Parking is horrible, bathroom had no fan, barely any water pressure. The pillows were to thin to use one and too thick for 2, this led to a rough night of little sleep

Parking is always tight but we always find a spot. Disappointed in the restaurant as they had no beef burger patties and no steak! Their selection was pretty basic to begin with so no beef!! Ended up being hardly any selection. There is no nice eat in restaurant within walking. I’d look for a different hotel except this one is very close to the event we were attending.

Front desk staff was really nice to my dog :) Room was nice and quiet and had a tub which was appreciated.

It’s a ways out of town, so most places that you would like to go you’d have to drive. It was really close to the spa though if that’s what you’re into. It’s a nice hotel.

Staff are amazing, facilities are very good, really liked the gym. My only complaint was the rock hars bed and very soft pillows.

Carpets in room are very sticky, in barefeet felt like you were stepping in gum. pillow case had make up on it from PREVIOUS guest.

I liked how nice the staff were and how close the hotel was to other stores

I love staying here. It’s clean and staff are always accommodating. It’s always my first choice of hotel when I go to Winnipeg. What I do not like is when the small cars & SUVs take up the “truck parking only” spaces. My truck is so hard to maneuver on the second level of the parkade and is only a couple inches away from scraping the roof. I wish parking was monitored.

Older hotel, rooms were very dated, especially the hallways and the bathrooms. It was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a fair amount of free parking.
