You paid for what a Hostel is, but could be better. We had a private room : the air conditioner was super loud and old, smell bad. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. I’ve been to other Hostel and the food offers were more diversified. You will have access to just : bagel, oat, coffee and banana. It still a nice place on a low budget, very good emplacement, the staff is professional and gentle.

This was the best hostel were I stayed at the west coast. The place is beautiful, it has a very nice atmosphere, it’s quiet, people are respectful, the breakfast is very good. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay. I knew it was going to be noisy because I saw lots of complaints but we didn’t mind it at all. You’re in the middle of the Gaslamp Quarter for such a good price! It will be busy. It works best for people that are actually going out and enjoying the busyness of the street. I appreciate the free breakfast but I would recommend having additional options for different diets such as non-dairy creamers.

I enjoyed staying in a private bedroom here. A bathroom/shower was always available when I needed one. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the art in the hallways. Super convenient location, especially if you are attending something at the convention center. Great budget choice of accommodations.

I loved the location for being in walking distance to the convention center and so many nice restaurants and shops. I loved the art and the convenience of the kitchen, too. The only drawback is that it is an exceptionally noisy neighborhood. Since my small ears reject ear plugs, I was subjected to the music and general ruckus of the street below until well after 2 AM, no matter the day of the week.
