The staff at this hotel was amazing I ended up choosing the mobility accessible room which is the handicap room and I didn't know it until the lady told me when I checked out but the staff was amazing I like the fact that they gave me an early check-in for an additional $25 because my bus got into town in the morning and instead of waiting to a regular checkout time they gave me an early checkout for an additional $25 my room didn't have a shower curtain or a microwave so they did provide me with that even though the breakfast is now what I expected cuz I expected more from The breakfast but it was nice and was good for the complimentary My overall experience and stay there was beyond phenomena and I love the staff for being nice courteous and convenient

The first room they gave us was not cleaned but the cashier lady gave us a much better one because of the mistake they had made

This facility is run-down. I should have heeded the sporadic outside signage that was flickering as a warning. The wall paper was peeling. The carpet was missing in the corner by the bathroom. The toilet squealed when flushed. The caulk in the bathroom was moldy. And we had flies, little bugs, and a spider in the bathroom. It was eco-friendly since the insects could thrive. The door handle was loose, the safety lock was broken, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The worst part was the $50 deposit collected for damage. I was refunded the deposit but I was insulted that it was collected when I saw the condition of the room. Good news was that the sheets and towels appeared clean, and the staff was friendly, even if the complimentary breakfast was not worth the effort to put out for consumption.

Overall it wasn’t so bad, but they can do some maintenance with their rooms. Our door knob had to be jiggled a certain way for it to open.

The front desk staff was very nice. The first room I reserve, smelled very muggy, I was not able to shower due to the lever not being there. The towels did not have a good smell. Next room, key pad didnt work. Third room, no wifi, bandaid on peep hole, hair on bed and floors, smelled muggy, door was hard to open, desk chair had 3 out of 5 wheels, only 1 extra charging outlet in the room. Half the building in the back is boarded up and can be very scary when coming in at night.

My stay was good. Room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Not vacuumed well, bedside table had not been wiped clean, curtains weren't in good shape and empty bottle on tub. Bed appeared to be clean. My wife was not with me so i could deal with it.

TV not set to watch, only room available was on 2nd floor i have a below the knee prostetic, they couldn't accomodate with me , we will be notifying ADA, no decaf for coffee @ breakfast, no creamers, used milk for cereal, we stopped elsewhere for breakfast, they didn't provide suitable breakfast. wont stay here again. Jenifer said she would cancel the reservation but we were so tired from 12 hrs driving we stayed1 night.

I wasn’t happy due to the fact the pool was closed. I would have chosen a different hotel to get the full experience of a new place to stay and relax.

The staff at this property were very kind and responsive to our needs. The room we stayed in was clean. It had two beds, a mini fridge, and microwave. We did not see any bugs other than those that flew in when the door was left open. The breakfast was lacking but with so many restaurants around with excellent prices, that really wasn't a problem. Try the Fried Green Tomato right down the road. Excellent prices and delicious food for breakfast lunch, and dinner. Saturdays are all you can eat. We will definitely stay here again.
