Room view: the highway... And sound insulation was like... non existing. Almost impossible to sleep, you keep feeling you are on the highway sholder... Nerver, never again!!!

This hotel was not soundproof, and it was so noisy with too many families that I couldn’t get any sleep.

Our first day there we saw a huge yellow stain on our sheets, we asked the front desk lady if we can switch them out and she was very rude and said the cleaning lady already asked us if we needed anything and denied her, I told her yes we denied her at the time bc we didn’t need anything until we saw the huge yellow stain on our sheets. You can tell she was annoyed by the request and was simply just rude. When they switched out sheet they smelled very WEIRD. At this point we were not interested in speaking to the lady up front since she was rude plus but we needed sheets so we went out to buy some at this point. I would recommend double checking the sheets if you stay here. I do want to add and emphasize that the guys that worked front desk were extremely nice, check in was smooth and a few days in we needed amenities and they were very nice about it so at least they made the stay better.

Staff incident outside my door and the reception was not at all accommodating. Elevator stank, room was okay though. Breakfast was not much either.

New, clean, convenient area. The front desk staff were not friendly; cleaning personnel friendly. I would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent quality for the price, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the city. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Chicago.

There are two sides, our rooms were to the road so it was a bit noisy at nights. Very comfy rooms! Great beds, I slept lime a baby and the receptionists were always polite and the rooms were cleaned everyday!

Everything was fine except television setup in the rooms is limited. Not able to access tv guide via remote. I had to write down channels of programs then manually enter to watch shows. No access to at least one major streaming service such as Netflix or Hulu. I would have been ok without streaming if I could at least click and scroll through a tv channel guide and select what I wanted to watch. This was my only issue considering most hotels these days are up to date with this. Aside from that, cleaning staff was excellent and most of reception desk staff was wonderful. I would recommend that going forward certain staff members be reminded that it is impolite to dig or pick your nose while speaking with a guest. I found it rude. Other than that all was good.

We woke up the 2nd day to children running back and forth in the room above us at 8am. My husband called the front desk and the person said he would take care of it. The running continued for an hour & my husband called again. Same response from front desk. Horrible. We were told the people checked out, but not soon enough for my taste. In order for the room to be cleaned, I had to let the front desk know the night before. My husband went down & told them we wanted service the next day. As we were leaving the following morning we saw the cleaning help and reminded them. We were out at 2 family functions that day and came back to the hotel about 11pm. The room was not cleaned. I took pictures of the unkempt room and went to front desk to complain. The attendant showed me in a printed sheet my room and even MY NAME on the list of rooms to be cleaned. He was not sure what happened. He offered to change my room. I told him no kids above me please. I was given a suite BUT WAS MOVING MY BELONGINGS AT MIDNIGHT after being out all day. I told the mgr at check out all that happened. He didn’t even offer to compensate me in any way. I had to demand it.

The property is in good condition, staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, breakfast was good. I got there as the sausage ran out but they replaced it with plenty for everyone. The property is very close to a thruway, my room faced the freeway and there was a certain amount of noise.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a 45min-hrs drive into the city depending on traffic, but other than that we had a clean and comfortable stay.
