Lovely hotel. Quite central to access public transport. Really nice lobby with Hard Rock Cafe vibes! Room was spacious and confortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy walk to Lake Geneva and tram to Old Town shops and restaurants.

We were in Geneva for a football match. We arrived early. Maybe 11am. Room wasn't ready so left bags and went for a drink. Check-in all ok after 3pm. Room was modern and clean. Twin bed room - beds touching. Breakfast was only a 3/5. And at €30 for the buffet was expensive as only wanted boiled eggs! Reasonable priced room. Uusal question - would i go back? It's a Yes.

I recently stayed at your hotel, expecting a room with a river and mountain view, which I had specifically paid for. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room with no such view, surrounded by buildings instead. When I raised this issue with the first receptionist, a man, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He claimed this was a “marketing issue” and said that the room I had booked wasn’t possible. This was frustrating, as I had selected the room based on the descriptions provided by your hotel. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none were available. Instead, I was offered an upgrade for an additional £6000, which was outrageous. After further discussion, I was promised that the correct room would be available the next day. However, when I returned the following day, I was informed that the room had been given to someone else. The experience deteriorated further the next morning when I asked a different receptionist, a woman, what time breakfast closed. She curtly told me 10:00 AM. As I began to walk away, she suddenly asked for my room number. When I questioned why, she responded that she wanted to check if I had paid the deposit. This felt inappropriate and discriminatory, especially since she wasn’t asking this of other guests. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and borderline racist. After asking again for a manager, I was made to wait for 20 minutes. When the manager finally arrived, he was polite and apologized, but he did not address the inappropriate b

Lovely hotel. Comfortable. Spacious room. Clean. Convenient location. Great breakfast.

First of all, you have to get past the weird name of this hotel. It was apparently inspired by t he word “envy”, so that would be its name, The hotel is well-appointed, and quite modern. The rooms are well-insulated, from the hallway and the outside. They seem to have succumbed to the minimalist approach that has taken over European hotels. Fot instance, the shower has no door or curtain, and the glass partition does not stop water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. When the lights are on, the room looks like a Christmas tree, and you can only switch everything on, or everything on; that’s one way to save on electrical switches. Also, do not expect any USB charge sttions by the bed, although there is one across the room. Breakfast is an average buffet, not bad.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and had a great size. All the staff members were nice and helpful, specially Dimitri on the main desk, I’m very thankful with them

Great property and location

Clean and comfortable room. 10 minute walk to lake. Could take the tram (stop at Butini)!line 15 to get there. Manager was super nice when we had a problem.

Nice, comfortable hotel with a valet parking and within a walking distance to the Old Town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't like the lighting under bed, but it was easy to disconnect.

Hotel was good. Air con in the room which was great. Good variety at breakfast. Friendly staff. Valet parking only which was €45 per night.

This place has a unique artsy vibe that we loved and the staff was so friendly. The location felt safe to walk around with lots of things close by.
