Comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Very old hotel but well maintained. Tub/Shower not easy to use to shower.

This is good hotel and very close to hearth of Vienna. By walk you can reach everything within 5 mins. Hotel is nice but frequently shaking when the train passing under the building. On the other hand there was no iron in the room. But we saw warm welcome and very good service. Thank you

Excellent service and collection of antiques. In a few minutes walking distance from Stephan‘s church. We had a very comfortable stay and delicious dinner/breakfast.

Hotel Stefanie was classic and adorable and I loved my stay here. It's super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The area is walkable to plenty of dining, shopping, and transportation. I would stay here again if I'm in Vienna.

Brunch was good! Showerhead was in the middle of the tub, which was odd and the shower doors only covered half of the shower. Beds and pillows were just ok. They don’t have luggage racks in the entire hotel, only one shelf built into the dresser area so the other person’s luggage had to go on the floor or laid over a little table. We asked and the entire hotel doesn’t have them but said it was a good idea & bring it up to mgmt.

We stayed at the hotel for just over one week while exploring Vienna. Great hotel, everything was exceptionally clean. The beds and particularly the pillows were unusually good. The staff were polite and friendly.
We found the location to be very good, both for heading downtown on foot or using public transport.
The hotels history was a bonus and more interesting then I expected.
Overall one of the better hotel stays I have experienced in the last few years. A hotel I would recommend and hopefully visit agan

Historic Hotel of Europe but could be cleaner and have better amenities. Front desk staff is satisfactory but does minimum. Breakfast was included and nice and the breakfast staff was nice and helpful. Would dine here but wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived too early to check in, they kept our bags and we went for a stroll around and a coffee, when we returned the bags were already in our room. All the staff are excellent, front desk, bar, restaurant and room cleaning staff. Well maintained hotel. Dined in the hotel twice, good food and great service. Breakfast is good and the staff manage the area well even when very busy. I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stefanie. The classic design of the hotel added to my enjoyment. The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect. I was pretty much just within walking distance to every attraction in Vienna.

Stayed one week in June 2024. Professional staff, great buffet breakfast, perfect location. Ambiance is lovely. Room was small and a bit worn, but that is what I expected. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet was great, though I was surprised they only had one hot meat each morning. Air conditioning in the room was just strong enough to make the room 'room temperature', not cold, but this was fine despite staying during a hot week.

Excellent hotel! Pictures in the Expedia site do not do justice to the hotel. The hotel is way more better than the pictures. It has a touch of the old and the new. The rooms are very clean and quite specious. The location is unbelievably good. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast spread is also great. The service people were amazing. People at the reception were also wonderful. I’ll recommend all to stay in this hotel. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in Vienna.
