Exceptional hotel for being so close to the Naples. Italy Central Train Station, and very reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk was required.

Located in an absolutely awful area. Even walking to the hotel was pretty eye opening. Nearly getting run over crossing a pedestrian crossing right outside the entrance. We saw a cockroach in the hallway and it nearly entered our room, even the cleaner didn’t know what to do! The only staff that greeted us with a smile and care was the restaurant staff. The hotel itself is a little outdated as well and doesn’t justify the price. Just needs a little more love and care overall.

The Hotel is nice. One issue we had was that when we reserved the hotel it said that we could get breakfast added for $0, so we expected to get the breakfast included for no charge. When we checked in we were informed that breakfast was not included. I provided feedback through hotels.com explaning that breakfast was advertised at no charge. No one contacted me to rectify the problem and we were charged for breakfast. I mentioned it again to Sergio during check out and explained what they advertise on their website, he said he would look into it. I said I was going to wait at the restaurant. Again no one contacted me or offered to rectify the problem before we left.
Overall, though. This was a good stay. The room was clean. The service at the restaurant was very good, but be warned that the place has no vibe (elevator music) and the food is two to three times more expensive than what you can find a block away for comparable quality.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio.
Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it.
Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect.

Wonderfull room with a view over the Piazza.

nice hotel, very central, speeding reception experience only thing is the breakfast is a rip off at 20 euro's, coffee machine keeps needing attention, cups keep running out.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the city of Naples was a total let down with mountains of garbage every where, in every direction was what appear to be drunk or zombie homeless people, it looked something out of an horror movie, could not walk far from the front door of the hotel without feeling treated, stepping over garbage the street was very noisy during the night, this is not the hotel’s fault unfortunately is a awful city

This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave at 0600 the next morning so we didn't have time for breakfast the second morning. We tried to take some apples after breakfast the first day so we had something to eat on the second morning, but the breakfast manager was very rude and just kept saying "no". We paid for breakfast, sir!!!
Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience. The train and subway station is right across Garibaldi Square and you can easily walk up into the incredibly vibrant little streets of Napoli!! Please don't be afraid of visiting Naples. It is crowded and noisy and dirty by the train station, but so incredibly beautiful everywhere else and we never felt unsafe.

Central location right by the train station. Everyone was SO helpful. Breakfast was top notch and when it came time to leave for the airport they arranged a taxi for us with a fixed price :) perfect place to stay

The 6th time we’ve stayed at Una so we like it. Right opposite station and bus to airport. Great rooms and fab roof terrace where you can have spritz or open air meal.
Only negative thing was no kettle or glasses in our room which would have been appreciate

Excellent Place to explore the city and get reliable taxis from. Having a meal on the rooftop terrace was sublime.Pity the bells didn’t chime as in Other places in Italy. Reception was very helpful in ordering me taxis ,always giving me a welcome.As a solo traveler this means so much.

Location ia great in terms of being close to a lot of things but surroundings are not suit to be late at night, hotel was great and the service was excellent.
Would have loved to have more optiona for breakfast since the 3 times was the same

Really enjoyed our stay. Right across from the train station and close to the main port/ferry terminal. Quiet room and lovely breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.
