Staff is AMAZING! Rooms are exceptional. Breakfast is terrific but limited to that. Snacks are available but a bit expensive. Adjacent Taco Bell is convenient. Negatives - Area is meh, located on a Galpin dominated block. Parking fee seems exorbitant given he amount of wasted/unused space. Pool is weirdly located and feels very exposed. AC in main building was out, which caused rooms to be overly warm on the hottest week of the year, but we survived. 1/2 of small laundry room was inoperative. Otherwise, days under $200 total are a great value!

Staff always greeted you with a smile when walking into the front door. Breakfast was very good & plenty of options to choose from. Our 2 queen bedroom was clean & beds very comfortable. I didn’t give 5 stars for staff & service because the $8 per day parking fee wasn’t clearly defined I.e. parking fee used for security The hotel was nice overall but the area outside of the property needs improvement. We saw a lot of trash & vacant buildings which didn’t make you feel safe walking.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Just next to the freeway and very easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent (sausage, scrambled eggs, Omelettes, pancakes and multiple other choices available) and food was stacked up every time. The staff did an excellent job in keeping the breakfast area clean and ensuring food was always available. Room and bathroom was very clean and we had a comfortable stay. The front office staff was very welcoming. Taco Bell and Dennis are right next to this property so dining options are close by. Adequate parking available ($8 per night per car parking fee). We initially booked for 2 nights and checked out as well but had to stay for 1 more night. Booked at this hotel (did not even lookout for other options) and will stay here whenever we visit again.

Initially the first room we were given was unfortunately filthy and not ready for someone to stay there. We talked to the front desk and immediately we were upgraded to a bigger, nicer room that was clean and ready. Staff were super helpful and kind and did go above and beyond to accommodate us!

I was blown away at how great this place was. Holiday Inn’s have always been okay as far as I knew but this specific property was like a Marriott/Hyatt $300/night room. Yet the price was a fraction of what they charge. I will stay here again for work when needed. Very impressed.

Stayed 2 nights with my family to go to Universal Studios. What I like about this hotel is the breakfast. All you can eat like scramble eggs, omelette, pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, sausage links, cereal, juice machine and coffee. There’s a dining area to sit and eat. It’s clean. What I don’t like around the property is you will see homeless people hanging around. There’s Taco Bell and Dennys next to the hotel which is good. I would come again and stay at this hotel. It was worth staying. Family and I didn’t have any problems. Hotel stuff are very nice. I will recommend to stay again with family. Worth staying.

Heads up. Parking fee of $8. Also. Not in the best neighborhood. Otherwise, a comfort night stay including a satisfying breakfast.
