Overall decent and could stay again. Clean room but could use some repairs (cracked floor planks, gap at room door to outside, poorly patched wall holes from remodel). Fridge in room worked, working ice machine available near office. Didn't use the microwave or coffee machine so can't comment. Toiletries provided, but they had a strong cologne like scent so I'd recommend skipping those. Bathroom sink is outside of room with toilet & shower but lacks a hook to hang a hand towel. Property didn't have much grass for dogs but there is a small grassy dog park directly across the street.

The room was good-sized and comfortable, but had no sound proofing through a connecting door. The first night neighbors were okay (only some giggling and talking (we could hear every word), but the second night were very loud and woke us up at 4 in the morning. I'm sure we bothered them too since they seem to have gone to sleep about 8 pm and we were up as usual until 11.

It was very comfortable, fairly quick check in, clean updated room with some great fluffy pillows. Continental breakfast available but was most excited about the filtered water available!

I couldn’t use the shower because the floor of the shower had a lot of hairs, short and long 😟 I could only try to sleep on the far side of the bed because the nightstand side of the bed smelled like men’s cologne 😳 I still left a tip for the maid because it might’ve been a different person who didn’t do a good job. Desk person was very nice.

While the room was clean, i would highly recommend to the owner to purchase new mattress! Terrible nights sleep as the mattress was lumpy.

The cleanliness of our room was great. The room looked newly remodeled. We truly enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Petrified Forest NP. Nice staff and clean room

Lovely room with everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Sitting area with loveseat as well. Would be comfortable for multiple days. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I like the property. My kids and I stay the night every now & then. This last stay was one of the worst. Door doesn’t lock right. I needed the bathtub for my little one that just had surgery, and the drain stopper was broken! Bugs! Lotsa bugs running around! Stink bugs. Beetles. I don’t know how they made it into our room. Also people don’t know how to pick up after their pets. Dog sh*t everywhere! Some housekeepers are weird too. They will wait near your room, doing nothing, and wait for you to check out to start cleaning. Unfortunately, I’m starting to have second guess on about this property.

This was a fine overnight stay halfway between Albuquerque and Page. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and restaurants convenient.
