Beautiful Historic Hotel. All quests are treated top notch. Conceige service excellent. Room very nice comfortable and beautiful. Dining was exceptional! Pure luxury at a very reasonable price.

Exceptional hotel (it is a Canada National Historic Site). The interior has a nice old fashioned luxury stile which I liked very much. Only the batroom (although very clean) is a little outdated and does not fit to the luxury design of the hotel.

Gorgeous old building with a fantastic newer addition that is period correct. Great staff. Rooms are fine, just fine. Bar is fine. Nice park across the street with a friendly dog park. Area feels safe, especially for the crime capital of Canada. Good beds and linens. No complaints.

Everything was as expected but I didn’t appreciate the front desk man not making eye contact. If he had looked at me instead of his computer screen he would have noticed that I was giving him looks that said “Quit handing everything to my husband, the reservation is in MY name.”

It's never a good sign when management tries to implement a new registration software over the September long weekend. Do better. This hotel clearly prioritizes events and weddings (as it should - it's a gorgeous landmark building!); however, that means that the guest experience is diminished in many aspects, chief among them noise and inadequate elevators. Unless you are one of those people who don't give a hoot about others and you sleep like a log through toronados, etc., don't let them put you on the 6th floor which is directly underneath the ballrooms. Also, ask to be placed as far as possible from the elevators and main central staircases. Dmytrow and Vid tried their best at the front desk to make things right for us, however, I have to wonder why things aren't right in the first place when staying in one of Canada's "great" hotels. Never. Again.

Someone left their dirty dishes outside of our room and I had to talk to three different people to get them removed. In total it took them two and a half hours to do a two minute job.

Very small room. Antique wood furnishings were ruined by painted over with a heavy coat of white paint in the room. Sad to see that.

Nice historical building. Walking distance to the Forks. Pillows and mattress had an unpleasant odour.

I enjoy the history of the building and the historic qualities of the hotel. Adding that there is a park and river walk just behind and access to the Forks is walkable made the stay memorable. The only problem I had was that the TV was unable to access any of my streaming services so that we could stay in and watch a movie. It would be good to update the TV's or add a link for guests to connect.

The bathroom was on the smaller side and could use an update at some point. The hotel bar was outstanding serving creative craft cocktails both on and off-menu.

Thank you for the excellent customer service during our stay here. I stayed with my two young children and everyone was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay, marred only by one of the three elevators being out of service because of upgrades.

Beautiful old hotel. Didn’t like the extra cost for pool and facilities. Didn’t use them as we arrived at 9 and pool Closed at 10 and wasn’t worth the cost. Great coffee in the lobby in the morning.
