The staff was friendly, welcoming and fun to chat with. The room was basic and affordable and an easy job off the highway for a one night stay enroute to our destination.

Staff were very responsive and room was clean. Lobby also clean and attractive. Our negatives: first room was smoked in, second room had broken coffeemaker and coffee table top was unattached to legs. First morning we were there a large group of students pretty much cleared out the breakfast.

Our one night stay wa perfectly adequate. This is not a fancy resort but an excellent choice for budget, travel stop, on way to your destination. Staff were very kind. The remodeled building was clean and well lighted securly. I appreciate their efforts on this location.

This is not a nice place no matter what the pictures look like. All the doors open to the outside first of all. I was traveling with 3 ladies and I immediately didnt feel safe. We had reserve three rooms. The first room was on the first floor with a doorway opening to an stairwell and a large window that you cant fully cover. So anyone walking by can see in. The second the room overwhleming smelled of pot, not tolerable levels. It smelt like someone had just hot boxed the room and walked out. And this room was on the back side of the hotel. Normally it wouldnt have bothered me but there were people hanging around outside. Walking through the dark alley. Just seemed to be hanging out. It just seemed a little too sketch for my tastes. We didnt even bother looking at the third room. The guy at the desk seemed pissed about us requesting a refund but he gave it to us anyway. It was just way too seedy for me.

We arrived in our room and it looked like the room was 20 years old. Looked like there was spilled nail polish on the floor and spots of the same on the bedspread. The floors were not clean! I wore my socks the whole time…no bare feet! The shower still had hair in it from the previous tenant. There were dispensers in the shower for Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The Body Wash dispenser was empty as was the Hand Soap dispenser and lotion dispenser by the sink. We were only given one large bath towel or the two of us. The location was okay, but I would not stay here again. I did not take photos, but should have.

I feel like none of these reviews on this property were realistic. Upon check in, there was homeless people coming in and out of the room next to us, the tenants were two young drunk girls, unsafe. We walked into that room, it was filthy. Absolutely awful. We went to leave, two drunk girls start to beat on our car window. First of all unsafe for them, and unsafe for me. The fellow at the front desk moved us to amother room & called security. Security did arrive. We never had anymore issues with the girls. Everything would have been fine, second room. Filthy. I tried to overlook it because it was better than the last but it was filthy. Third room was better. We stayed there two nights, still dirty. Stains on the floor of the shower, stains on the bedding. This hotel has potential, i think they only have 3 staff members total. They just need to be better on cleaning. Breakfast was good. Shower pressure was good. Quiet area. The staff was very accomidating. I would stay here again, if they stepped up their cleaning a bit. The hotel itself wasnt bad. Big tvs. Netflix. Large showers. Pool area was clean. Nothing against any of the staff members at all. I never felt unsafe here.

Absolutely comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable, much needed quiet weekend away from home and everything else. Very comfortable beds with clean showers that have good water pressure all overseen by an extremely accommodating, friendly staff who go out of their way to.make your stay a pleasant one. A wonderful diamond in the rough that i highly recommend.

Great showers! Overall great stay!

We had car trouble so we stopped in Chattanooga to take the car to the dealership. We chose Serenity Stay because they had a pool, great rates, newly renovated rooms and are pet friendly. The rooms are very clean and their pool area is very inviting looking. We ended up there for for 5 nights and would definitely stay there again! The staff was very courteous and welcoming. And there is plenty of restaurants that are walkable, as well as a grocery store.
