Booking.com place was so bad that I checked out right after I checked him they promised me a refund. I have not seen it yet. There are still on the mattress. Absolutely disgusting.

I left the same night that I checked in waiting on the refund and they have not gave it yet

The location was good and great breakfast in the morning.

Our room was dirty, the TV didn't work and had to move rooms in the middle of the night (4th floor to 1st), the internet didn't work till we got moved to the first floor. This place looks great from the outside but definitely wasn't all that great inside. It needs deep cleaned and better receptionist when you walk in.

Basically everything….staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and just an overall good experience!

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower in the bathroom had a very slow drain, but besides that the room and surrounding area were good!!

It seems like no one can maintain an EV charger other than Tesla. Please don't advertise this feature unless you can keep it in working order

I didn't like a couple of the staff. The manager was so rude and very nasty.

The room was comfortable

The staff charged me a smoking fee because they said my teenagers clothes smelled like smoke. But the policy says the rooms are non-smoking and no one smoked in the room which is all that matters. They said they will give me a refund but I'm banned from the property because I left my teenagers 16, 17, and 18 unsupervised for a few hours which isn't against the law. My girls were doing tik toks and the office said we're to loud but when they asked them to be quiet they did and went to bed.
